Great quality with thick material and amazing resistance for a great workout burn. Have been using for about 7 months and they do have some stretched spots on them but the tension is still strong. I have seen results in my glutes and legs using.

Easy to use
These come 3 to a pack and I have to say I really enjoy using them. The light one is way to easy for me so I started using the medium and wow. It’s crazy tough, you really have to pull and can feel your muscles. Once the medium becomes to easy, I will try the hard. I would recommend these, they come in a carrying pouch and work well.
