Great for back pain
As a someone who spends long hours working and driving, I can’t believe how much of a difference this Back Massager has made in my daily routine. I sit for hours at my desk and often struggle with tension in my back and neck, but this massager works wonders. The 3D kneading action is really powerful, and gets deep into my muscles, helping to relieve tension and stress. The heat function is amazing, especially when my muscles are tight.I also love how portable it is. I’ve used it in my office chair, on the couch, and during long car rides, thanks to the included car adapter. It’s super convenient, and the adjustable straps make it easy to attach to any seat. The three different speed settings let me customize the intensity to exactly what I need.I’m so happy with this purchase. I feel like I’m getting the benefits of a professional massage without having to pay for one. This massager is definitely worth every penny. If you’re someone who sits a lot or deals with muscle tension, this massager is a must have!

Definitely geared for *deep* tissue, but self-adjustable ;).
tldr: Adjustability consists of moving it around. It’s got two sets of “fingers”; each moves in a circle. Changing the adjustable setting makes it run faster or slower, and the mode setting adds pauses of varying length in the kneading cycle. The heat is minimal, but helpful. Depth of the kneading is not adjustable, other than leaning on it less or more. It does work for what we need.more infos:Bought one for my mom and myself to share, and after using it for a bit myself, I had one piece of advise for mom: do NOT lean hard until you figure out how it works! It is *intense*. Not sure why the pictures show people lying down on it. If you lie down on it, it will be way too intense, IMO, and will wear out quickly.If you place it against the chair, and lean on it according to how deeply you’d like it to work, then it works very well. I move it up and down as needed, flipping it so the massage fingers are on the lower end to address low back issues, and it works very well, so far.It takes between 10 and 15 minutes, moving it every 2-3 minutes, to treat my whole back, and a couple more if i want to spend the time on my neck area. I haven’t used it on anything other than the spinal area of my back (center only) and neck, so I’m not sure how well it would work on any other areas.We have an outlet within 5 feet of the recliner where we use it, so the cord length is not a problem for us, but keep that in mind, if it concerns you.

Marginal quality and performance
I used it one time and then noticed the back vinyl panel was puckered and held together with zipper teeth. It’s slowly started to separate and there’s no way to zip it back up because the zipper end is cut down and locked so once it unzips you have a loose back and the cushion comes out. I didn’t do anything to it. I just leaned back against it.You can’t even replace the zipper. It just needs to be sewn up or taped up or something disappointed because I only used it for about 30 minutes when I got it.I did like that the massaging unit went into directions, but it’s also limited to the areas that can be used. They talk about how flexible it is and you can use it on other areas of your body, but it’s almost like a wedge back pillow you can’t really leave it up against your arms and if you lay it on your legs, it moves up and down Like a turtle trying to get up. It needs to be pressed between a pillow and your back so that the force is into your muscles.I suppose you could lay it on the floor and lay down on top of it with your legs on it, and the pressure will get into your muscles, but it would be awkward positioning. Just overall disappointed in the lack of flexibility and function, as well as the construction of this Component.Also, make sure to get an extension cord when you buy it like I did, so you don’t have to lay on the floor near the electrical outlet. It comes with a short cord.

Worth the money
I was a little skeptical about purchasing this but I was looking for a good father’s days gift and it was perfect! It’s super easy to use and you actually feel better after you use it! Another plus that I did not realize was that you can use it in the car too! Would recommend if your looking for a little bit more of a cheaper alternative

Este masajeador es una de las mejores compras que he hecho, me ha ayudado mucho a relajarme y descontracturarme especialmente en la zona de cuello y hombros, pero también en toda la espalda. Ahora mi hermana y una amiga van a comprarlo pues se los enseñe y en verdad parece que te están dando un masaje. Lo mejor es que es muy cómodo y lo uso mientras veo la televisión, ademas se apaga automáticamente a los 15 minutos. Lo recomiendo ampliamente.
