Excellent
I was long overdue to replace my facial clipper and this is just perfect. Cuts very well. The length dial is excellent for close grooming. It comes with various length guards that I will never use, but it’s great that they cover all ground. The grooming ability is fantastic. The quality is solid. The adjustment capacity is fantastic. The size is ideal. It’s capable of completely cutting to the skin.

Perfect by all means
I usually donât write reviews even though I order from Amazon 20-25 times a month, but I had to for this trimmer. Before this one, I bought 4 other trimmers from different brands, some more expensive, some cheaper, all with good ratings. I returned every single one.One had a metal blade (back side not covered with plastic) that burned my skin after 10 minutes of trimming. Another took 20 hours to recharge (not mentioned in the description) and couldnât be used while plugged in. One came used with hair in it. The last one didnât have a 0.5mm setting, and without the guard/comb, the blade was so sharp it irritated/cut my skin.Finally, this 5th trimmer was perfect, no problems at all (none of the above). It took me 4 weeks to find a good one. Almost lost hope to find a good trimmer until I got this one and this is why I took the time to write this review to help other people facing similar problems with other trimmers

Short lifespan on battery
Great trimmer while it lasted. Lasted 14 months before the battery stopped taking a charge. This trimmer wont work while plugged in if the battery goes bad. The plastic guards held up better than expected.

Great but no USB charging
Edit: does a poor job with head hair compared to Wahl trimmer. I bought this to trim head and beard hair while traveling and I would not buy it again. Works well as a beard trimmer. Still wish it had USB charging.Original review: I’ve owned several beard and hair trimmer over the years. This one might be my favorite. I bought it specifically for travel because it can cut beard and head hair and has a great system for adjusting the length without needing many plastic guards. With this, you only need 2 guards (included). Plus, it has a nose hair trimmer and some other extras and comes with a quality carrying case/bag.The only downsides I’ve noticed are related to charging. The first complaint I have is that it takes multiple hours to recharge, even if I only used it for about 15 minutes to trim my beard. If it supposedly has 80 min of charge available, then recharging should only require a short topping off. Clearly they need to implement fast charging which has become a standard in electronics in recent years. My last complaint is that it doesn’t charge via USB-C!!! This should absolutely be standard on modern electronics like this. I don’t want to carry around a big charging brick with proprietary connector in my travel bag when it could easily charge via USB-C like everything else. There are cables you can buy on Amazon that are USB-A on one side and Braun connector on the other. The first one I bought didn’t work very well and I’m waiting on a different one to arrive to see if it works better.Overall, great product and fair price. Make sure you compare what the “upgraded” models offer. In my opinion, for my needs, they didn’t offer any added value over what the base model offers at around 50 bucks.

This Braun Shaver surprises me. It don’t pull your hair nor bite your skin and it perform just like my Braun shaver series 7. Excellent !. I was a bit apprehensive initially when I realized it’s made in China and its quality might falter.Luckily it was a very good set. Don’t regret buying it. Good price and excellent product.
