Great Coffee maker!
After doing some googling, I saw that Braun has a reputation for top-notch and high quality coffee makers. I decided to give the Braun MultiServe Plus Drip coffee maker a go, and I am very happy I did! It is a good looking appliance, stylish, sturdy and well built.It has 7 programmed brewing sizes as follows: 5oz, 8oz, 12oz, 16oz, 20oz, half carafe (25oz) or full carafe (50oz). A full carafe holds five 10oz cups of coffee, which is pretty standard. It can brew an entire carafe “in less than 8 minutes,” which I can verify is indeed true. I typically drink a 16oz mug of coffee every morning. Using the Gold option, my coffee comes out PERFECT. It tastes amazing, and the temperature is just right IMO (I have seen some reviews state it is not hot enough). It finished my 16oz mug in 3.5 minutes after hitting start.I have to note here, I wasn’t specifically looking for a coffee maker that makes cold brew coffee, but now that I have one, I am thrilled! I love it. It makes cold brew in less than 15 minutes. This would take FOREVER doing it other ways, so in the past I have rarely made it myself. I think this might be new favorite thing about this coffee maker, frankly. I have already used this feature several times, and I’ve only had the coffee maker about a week.Though I usually prefer freshly ground beans, I am happy to report that it is fully programmable. Using the Auto on function, you can set the machine to brew coffee up to 24 hours in advance, which is definitely useful for those days you know you are going to be in a hurry the next morning. You can also change the amount of time it keeps the carefe warm after coffee is made, from 15 minutes all the way up to 4 hours. The warmer turns on automatically if you select a half or a full carafe. You can also turn it off/on manually. I tested out the auto program to see how easy it was, and it worked perfectly, and was very simple.Finally, it has a 3 year warranty coverage to ensure lasting performance. This definitely gives me confidence that, unlike my last coffee maker brand that broke a month after 1 year warranty ended, this coffee maker is going to last me long time! Companies don’t offer 3 year warranties often, and when they do, it means the item is built to LAST.TLDR: I am enthusiastically satisfied with this coffee maker. It makes amazing coffee, easy and quick, has plenty of options, and is built to LAST. I have already recommended it to a few friends/family members.

Fantastic Coffee Maker!
After using this coffee maker, I have been extremely impressed! The first notable feature I love about this product is its sleek, stainless steel design. This gives the coffee maker a very refined and elegant look. The next notable feature to point out about this coffee maker is its water reservoir size. The water reservoir holds a total of fifty ounces, allowing me to have ample amounts of coffee for guests. Another great feature about this coffee pot is all of the different brewing modes that are included. The âCold Brewâ mode is able to make the perfect cold brew beverage in just thirteen minutes. The machine practically does all of the work itself. The strength of the cold brew has also been fairly strong. The next mode on this coffee pot is the âOver Iceâ mode. This mode helps to quickly brew a strong cup (or pot) of coffee over a cup of ice. Because of its strength however, the ice does not seem to water the coffee down. The next mode, which is perhaps my favorite, is the âGoldâ mode. This is essentially the go-to mode for your perfect pot of coffee. The coffee will have a great balance of flavor (but at the same time, will not be so strong that you canât taste anything). This mode is pretty solid in perfecting my morning coffee. The final mode, the âBoldâ mode, is exactly as it sounds. This mode provides a slower, deeper brew for those that want a richer cup of coffee. I find this mode to be best for extracting the maximum amount of flavor from the coffee. Another convenient and notable feature worth pointing out is the auto on feature. This enables me to specify the specific time I want my coffee to brew. The system also has an auto off feature. An additional benefit to this machine is the ability to select a brew size. You can brew anything from five ounces up to fifty ounces. This is perfect for ensuring I brew just the right amount of coffee, while eliminating any wasted coffee. Finally, I have loved how the machine stops when I remove my coffee pot, preventing messes. Overall, I am extremely impressed with this coffee maker and would highly recommend it to anyone in search of a truly customizable cup of coffee thatâs sure to leave you feeling recharged.

Great coffee but lost function quickly
I had a Braun coffee pot that lasted me over twenty years. It went to multiple countries with me, went on a Navy ship and made gallons of great coffee. One day sadly it died. It was horrible. Not much could be done. It just gave out. So, we decided to get another Braun product and bought this one. After about three months, it gave us the H2O error code. We had cleaned it. We took care of it and did everything according to the instructions and what we could find online. The Braun customer service line was no help. Zero. Nada. To my discredit, I forgot to register it. So, after a while, it also started blowing coffee out of the side where the spout meets the urn. I believe that it has a large issue with the water pump and had an issue with air in the lines. It is not fixable like the common coffee drip maker. It became irritating because it made a mess, threw error codes and took a long time to make a cup of coffee. So, we bought a simpler Braun. We have had it for about three months with no issues. Bottom line, this coffee maker makes a great cup of coffee, but it ended up in the trash due to lack of functionality. Braun should seriously reconsider their consumer service, but that’s just how it goes in 2025…few companies truly back their merchandise. Maybe there is another route that I could have taken, but life gets busy and I needed coffee. Buy at your own risk. If my present Braun doesn’t measure up to its deceased ancestor, I will have to switch brands get a divorce from Braun.

Excellent coffee maker. Makes very good coffee, whether a cup, half pot or pot. Have not had any issues with the temperature like in some reviews – comes out hot. When making a pot, the warmer stays on for 2 hours and the clock turns into a timer. At 2 hours whatâs left in the pot is still warm, not as hot as when first made but I would not expect that. We like the choice for different sizes, but you just have to remember to change the size selection, so I put on a little sticker as a reminder.

I love this machine!!! It works great! The coffee tastes great. It depends on the brand of beans and how frequently you grind them, but that is the user’s preference. I was looking for an espresso machine, thinking I would have Starbucks at home. I’m just not that person who is satisfied with an espresso. I like them, but I want a large cup if I need a coffee. This machine can make me a concentrated coffee or a more considerable amount without thinking about the pressure, water amount, temperature, and whatever else comes with an espresso machine. I was very excited that it has different functions as the cold brew or over ice, though they all make very warm coffee, and thedless, ice melts regar so keep that in mind. I wish the coffee coming out was significantly colder so my ice does not melt immediately. The hot water function is excellent! You can change the temperature of the water, and it comes from a different spout, so no coffee-flavoured water in your tea. Overall, I am very, very happy with this machine. It is consistent in what it produces, though I wish the functions for colder coffee produced colder coffee.

This coffee pot is garbage,the water does not get hot, you can drink the whole cup in one mouthful.. when you are. Making 1//2, to a whole pot, when finished brewing it shuts off the warming tray does not start, when you making 1/2pot and put the drip stop on,the whole machine shuts down. I feel like Amazon sent me a machine that was already a return. I donât know if I want to trust Amazon with future purchases. Thanks

J’adore cette machine à café! Parfaite pour la vie de famille où chacun a des goûts différents, les multiples fonctions sont très appréciées. Le seul bémol quant à moi est l’ouverture de la carafe, que je trouve trop petite, ce qui rend le nettoyage un peu plus ardu, mais sinon le reste est parfait!
