So far, so good, but durability remains to be seen
My initial experience has been good. Setup was easy, and the quality of printing and scanning is at least as good as I need. The durability remains to be seen. Brother has a good reputation, but this model has no track record to judge by. Most electronics don’t, since mainstream reviewers rate products on the latest bells and whistles rather than reliability.

A great All-In-One office machine
We bought this to replace a HP Laserjet 400 All-in-One that was 10 years old. We are not disappointed. The printing is quick and the scanning is even better. The Brother iPrint & Scan software is much better than the scan software for the HP. The document feeder works flawlessly. We don’t use the fax function, so I can’t report on that feature. This is a great All-In-One machine.

ABSOLUTE GARBAGE
This printer has been a disappointment from the get-go. It sacrifices quality for speed.I run this printer as a bookkeeper in a business and it frequently misses checks in a print queue, causing a headache for anyone familiar with using accounting software. Trying to print before hitting the power button on the printer to wake it up? Well, you’re in for a fun time resetting everything to get the printer to communicate again with the cpu from that point. Tried to get the expansion tray, which should be plug and play. NOPE, this printer struggled to communicate with the expansion tray and when it finally did, no amount of configuring could allow me to print to a specific tray, it always printed from initial tray first.Had an older Brother printer that lasted me for 10+ years until it finally died. As for this printer, I will post a video of me destroying this with a baseball bat once I find an acceptable replacement.

Decent printer
This review is for the MFC-L5915DW. This printer is quite fast in printing. Only drawbacks is Brother could be a little clearer on unboxing the printer. Removing the ink toner, there is a butter to release the drawer, they don’t mention that.Looking for a user manual? There isn’t one. Looking for the CD? Yep, gone too. Just another way to save a penny or 2

Problems since purchasing
Having problems with this since i purchased for work. Large quantity print jobs, fax doesnât work shows memory error. Just one thing after another. Purchased 2. Thinking about returning.

So Far So Good
So far I love this printer for its functionality. We use it for our moderately sized business and it has been great for printing, copying, and scanning documents to my computer. Minus one star due to how expensive replacement cartridges are and the fact that it’s supposedly an Amazon quick refill item, but when ordered, it took a week or more to ship and USPS refused to deliver it to our business address so we had to wait in line for 30+ minutes to pick it up at the post office.
