Do I need to assemble the ebike?
Please refer to the assembly video on the product page or consult the user manual for detailed instructions.
Our bicycle comes 95% pre-assembled. Simply open the box, and adjust the parts. Once done, you’ll be ready to hit the road.
When will my order ship and which shipping carrier will be use？
Our standard processing time for orders is within 48 working hours on business days. For the ebike, we primarily use FedEx as the shipping carrier. As for accessories, we rely on a combination of USPS and DHL for shipping.

Fun!
Love my bike!! The pedal assist is so cool and I donât have to use the throttle. The charge lasts – 8 mile bike ride through walking trails, you may not use half. It is very sturdy, great tires and assembly was pretty straightforward. Just make sure you get everything aligned and tight. I added the storage bag separately.

Superior Service at Aipas
First of all, I never write reviews. It’s different this time because this Aipas company went “above and beyond” to help rectify a situation. We purchased a C1 for a Christmas gift, but it had a “smoking” battery about 2 months into its use. Based on reading reviews, this is not a normal occurrence. After contacting Aipas, progress to resolve the problem was immediate. First, they sent a new battery, and when that didn’t solve the issue, they sent a whole new bike! Every time I sent them an email to ask a question, they responded within 24hrs. Whether it was Gloria, Michael, Lyn or Fawn, I got an answer from them. It was amazing. There was never, “this is because you did something wrong” kind of answer. It was always “we can fix this”. Can’t say enough about how that makes the customer feel. My next Ebike is definitely coming from this company! Thanks to all the people involved, making this situation a pleasant one!!

Bad battery charger
Received the bike in undamaged box but bike itself had some scuff marks on the fender and rack. Luggage rack did not fit well( bent) but was able to bend it back into place. Biggest problem battery charger not working , making a buzzing sound and getting very hot. Notified the seller to see if they can send me a replacement. Will update my review after that. Update: received new battery charger and is now working as it should. Only problem Iâm having now cannot unlock speed limiter. Will not travel up to 28 mph as advertised.

Not like the video shows.
I ordered the e bike through the company. It came without the larger seat, or the mirrors, of the front basket as ordered. I still attempted to put it together and noticed the brake assembly near the front tire was not attached to the frame. None of the videos show how to attach it, but shows it attached already. So right now I am stuck.

C1 Aipas review
I am buying a second bike today for Prime Day. I bought the first one in April 2025. I have over 300 miles on the bike. It is fun, dependable and used for mode of transportation. It’s so funny passing cars and making time because of red lights that cars have to wait in traffic jams.For Steve, there is a you tube video that shows how to get the bike to 28.2 miles per hour. It took me 3 weeks before learning this feature. It is set at 20 MPH from the factory. Enjoy the bike, well worth the buy. I give it a 4 because the charge goes fast at 28 miles per hour. I get around 12-14 miles with no peddling at 28 miler per hour.
