Why did you pick this product vs others?:Decent Printer â Just Know What Youâre Actually GettingThe printer works well, but be aware that the product photos may show accessories you wonât receive. My bundle arrived with only the basic starter items and did not include everything pictured in the listing at the time of purchase. Itâs frustrating and confusing when the visuals suggest more than whatâs in the box.I wish the listing had been clearer, but I made it work by purchasing an additional cord to connect it properly.

Not Canonâs best model
Printer worked well for 3 months, but as soon as I had to replace the ink cartridges that it came with, it keeps giving me an error code, and telling me I do not have the ink installed correctly. It will not let me print anything, and Iâve tried all different solutions. Iâm very frustrated, as I use this printer often.

Just installed….
Set-up and printed a test page and 2 other documents. Early to say but so far no issues. I use a USB hardwired connection (which did not come included as advertised but I have one from my last printer), and do not really have a need for WiFi use. Updates to come after more time and usage.
