Perfect PTZ Camera For Our Church At A GREAT Price
I was charged with obtaining a new camera to support my church’s livestream. Prior to that task, I wasn’t aware of PTZ cameras, but my research led me to this one as being an appropriate camera to meet our needs. I’m glad that I found Tongveo. It’s a GREAT PTZ camera at an exceptional price and backed by world class technical support.The camera is placed at the back of the sanctuary which is about 60 feet from the pulpit. With a 20x zoom, it does an excellent job of zooming in on the speaker. As part of the service we like to zoom the entire sanctuary so that our livestream viewers can see everyone. By setting up 4 presets (back left, front left, front right, and back right) we can easily pan the entire congregation and return to the pulpit preset. While the presets are nice, the camera easily zooms to the unexpected scene that we want to present.We were able to easily incorporate the camera into our livestream capability. The camera needs to be placed behind the cameraperson since the remote only works when pointed to the front of the camera. This caused us to connect it with a 16′ active USB cable. Upon connecting to the computer, it was quickly recognized by our OBS streaming software. We simply added it to one of our scenes and it was ready to go.After almost 2 months of use we started to experience the camera freezing during one Sunday service. Tongveo technical support suggested it was likely either the USB port, USB cable, or camera. I was expecting it to take a while to determine the problem with the likelihood of not having the camera available for the following Sunday service, but was pleasantly surprised to see Tongveo willing to send us a replacement camera in parallel with our testing the USB port and cable. The replacement camera arrived on Wednesday, which gave us plenty of time to be ready for the upcoming Sunday service. It turned out that the new camera solved the problem so that our livestream never missed a beat. Way to go Tongveo!!!I have no problem recommending that anyone needing a 20x PTZ camera consider this one.

Amazing Streaming Camera – far better than expected
where to start, wow is the best way I think. Other review comment on how quiet it is but wow, more like silent movements! Remote doesn’t have to be pointed directly at it (camera is above & behind me) and no issues at all….very smooth movements, presets are key!We use 1 camera – will be buying another next month for sure, but you can run it on one. We use OBS, RODEcaster Pro, and MacBook Air M1 – soon upgrading to Mac mini M4 chip. Just awesome camera!

Great Church Streaming Setup
We use this camera to live stream church services to Facebook live. Using OBS Studio, we can easily zoom into the podium about 80 feet away and broadcast in HD. Our only limitation right now is internet speed, but that is obviously not the cameras fault. Great camera, good quality. Paired it with an audio interface and our stream has never been better. Will be adding a second cam one day soon.

On peut même tout à fait l’envisager en stream.+ Télécommande, elle aussi très complète.+ Mouvements très fluides.+ Zoom également fluide en mode lent.+ Montage mural/plafond possible et fourni.+ Possibilité de faire tout une installation de ces caméra en série+ Micro correct mais sans plus+ Le prix pour une telle caméra.Les moins- Pas toujours simple tant il y a des options qui ne sont pas toujours bien clair

Metto 5 stelle perché la âscoccaâ laterale bassa, verso il retro della cam presenta un graffio che ne lede lâestetica, ma il servizio post-vendita ha risolto in modo eccellente. Sono soddisfatto, ottima cam, funziona benissimo e le immagini che cattura sono di ottima risoluzione. La comprensione e lâutilizzo è immediato, lâautomatismo nei movimenti e la fluidità nella scorrevolezza davvero buonissime caratteristiche. Telecomando e 4 inquadrature pre impostate sono la ciliegina sulla torta. Costicchia un poâ ma consiglio.

Bought this product for church livestream – works perfectly, image quality is great and remote control works well, connected perfectly to ATEM switcher.After testing I realised that I needed multiple cameras and a joystick controller and therefore needed the LAN model. Tongveo support were superb in helping me replace this camera model with their LAN model and gave me advice on connecting to a controller.
