This is my absolute favorite power strip
This is a fantastic power strip I got for my 240 volt iec cord (Do NOT plug it into 240 volts, I put a 240 volt receptacle on 120 volts just for this power strip). Anyways it is a very nice power strip for device(s) 10 amps {1200 watts} or less. It does have tight spacing between the outlets, but for a power strip I can put a 240 volt power cord on, I’m definitely not complaining. A fantastic addition to my collection of weird electrical things. Also it is true that this doesn’t come with a cord.

Makes my pedalboard look sexy!
I needed some extra power on my pedalboard, so Iâve been using a regular power strip for the past 2 years. But I needed something not as bulky as what I had before, and Iâd be damned, this is exactly what I was looking for. It works just fine, kinda wished that the power outlets were turned the other way and so I could plug my amp on it too, but hey, it still does what I wanted it to do. Itâs all plastic made, which some of you might think it make the item feel flimsy and cheap, but it actually adds to its minimalistic charm in my opinion. Most importantly, I love the face that I can detach my power cable, kinda wish it came with one, but I hade one already and so that worked out too! I definitely recommend it if youâre building a pedalboard for your guitar or bass!

It is what it is
Maybe a little expensive for what it is; seems sturdy but it is plastic. Works well and makes packing it up in my tech box easy.

Great idea!
I searched for a power strip like this not knowing if such a thing actually existed. Thankfully, it does!I use this for my pedalboard. The power strip sits in the corner with a 9V distro and a couple of AC adapters plugged into it. One of the AC adapters is too fat and is plugged in through a 1-foot extension cord. It’s really nice to simply unplug the IEC cable and take the pedalboard away, rather than having to fuss with an attached power strip cord wrapping around everything, or trying to find an outlet onstage close enough to your rig. Just wish I could find one with 6+ plugs!

Small, convenient strip with removable a/c power
I use this on my pedalboard for my effects for guitar, and this is super handy as I have both of my pedal power 2’s plugged into it so I can have one power cord out of the board, and it has an extra outlet if I need to plug anything miscellaneous in. It’s small and fits conveniently on the board, and the power cord is removable off the back which is awesome so I can disconnect it and not have it straggling around after I’m done playing and looking to pack up. Has done me really well organizing my board, would highly recommend it for this use.

Great Power Strip… Handy detachable cord!
This works great mounted to my guitar-rig pedalboard, and looks cool, too. I love that I can detach the power cord instead of having to coil it up on top of the board in the case. It also allowed me to get a very long one for the times that a power source is far from the front of the stage. It’s lightweight, which is nice for saving weight on a monster-board.

feels cheap, looks cheap
For the price I expected more. They feel super cheap (all plastic) and there’s only one mounting hole. Next time I’ll be ordering the whip with dongles since they’re half the price. Packaging was plastic zip lock bags. Not sure why these are priced so high.

One of a few power strips with detachable cord.

Does exactly what I bought it for! I also like the C14 plug in the end vs a short cord dangling, like you often get with power strips!

I love the IEC Input for other cable, Thanks!

I really like being able to run a power strip with IEC C14 input but 3 months after purchase the power strip started shorting out for a brief moment every minute or so. This is a serious hazard. Another reviewer said there is a problem with the circuit breaker and I assume this is where the problem stems from. Iâll also note that it is not CSA approved which I should have taken as a warning sign. Buy at your own risk.
