    Perfect Solution for Designers
I was in need of something that could easily handle the Adobe suite and provided a way to upgrade the RAM if I needed to (32GB has been just fine so far). I also wanted something aesthetically pleasing that I didn’t want to hide away under my desk. I had been considering a used Mac Studio, but eventually ran across this after a lot of scouring. It’s been a great purchase and one I’ve already recommended to a few colleagues. I did end up immediately adding an additional 4TB storage drive to the M2 slot on the back of the motherboard. That process was a bit of a pain as you pretty much have to take most of the machine apart, but I knew that was going to be necessary when I bought it. A couple things to note, I did have to do some troubleshooting when I first got it as it failed to boot up initially and eventually discovered the video card had gotten knocked a little loose in shipping. Second, I wasn’t needing Wi-Fi so didn’t hook up the antennae but found out that it’s required for the bluetooth to work. Otherwise great machine and loved that it came without a bunch of bloat.

Fast and Silent at a Great Price
After eyeing components for a new desktop build for several months, the price on the NR2/14700F/4060ti was too good for me to pass up. I had seen this case recently and was really smitten with it. I liked the idea of a low key small form factor and have had great luck with Cooler Master going back over a decade. After doing some research I felt fairly confident this was going to have solid components and sure enough it’s a Gigabyte Aurous Pro mobo and the graphics card is a Gigabyte Eagle 4060ti. The SSD/RAM are Kingston and they perform flawlessly.I don’t game. This is a workstation and honestly it is way more power than I will ever need, but life is too short to work with lagging hardware. I’ve benched it with UserMark and it comes back 90%+ with its default settings compared to systems with the same basic specs. Realistically I couldn’t build it any cheaper with similar components. There’s not really anything I would change about it except it would be nice if it shipped with Windows 11 Pro rather than Home, but it’s a $12 upgrade that doesn’t take any longer than the first Windows Update to get there. After a week it has run flawlessly, silently, and cool. I recommend it without hesitation.

Great computer, not so good QC…
I may come back to update this review after I’ve had more time to use it, but so far it’s been running fine. Everything is snappy and haven’t experienced any real lagging. Very minimal bloatware, so I didn’t even bother reinstalling windows (only things preinstalled were Gigabyte software including drivers and control center and Nvidia software). I dinged it 1 star (almost 2) because the heatsink for the SSD was loose inside the case and the riser cable for the graphics card was partially disconnected. I knew how to fix these issues and the computer booted up and ran fine, but someone who isn’t computer savvy may not know what is going on or how to fix it. So far I’ve had no issues running any of my games (but I don’t really play any modern games that require high end equipment) but I mainly bought this to future proof myself in hopes I can use this computer for 12 years like my last one (I was running an i7-3770K and a Radeon HD 7770 2GB). Overall, the build quality was fine; cable management wasn’t the best, but passable. The pictures are definitely not reflective of the actual product; the graphics card was much smaller (but still 3 fans) and it does have a USB-C port on the top front of the case; the pictures are of the previous generation case. The choice in using RGB RAM was odd as nothing else in the build has RGB and the RAM sticks are almost entirely blocked from view by the graphics card. I may not have checked if the heatsink hadn’t fallen off, but the SSD is a lexar NQ700. The specs never said what it was, so I guess I should’ve expected something mid-range, but I was hoping for maybe samsung or WD. There’s space to add a couple 2.5″ SSDs, so I was able to transfer my storage drive from my old PC; SATA cables were included and a chained power cable was already installed. It is a modular power supply, so there are a few extra cables in the box.Overall, this was what I wanted; a mid/high range small form factor PC with a modern CPU/GPU that will hopefully last me a while; only time will tell, but so far so good.

Dead on arrival. No quality control. AVOID!
Shocking display of poor craftsmanship, nonexistent quality control, and useless support!Shipped perfect. No damage to any box, well packed. But that’s where the fun ended. Upon removing from the third inner most box, i saw immediately we were in trouble… oozing out the bottom of the tower was thermal paste.Opened up the side to notice a heat sink was completely detached and jammed in at an odd angle. Before touching it, and after removing the remainder packing material, i decided to plug it in, power, hdmi, and power it up. Sounded like a lawn mower!! I immediately shutdown and dug into the side, noticing the MOBO power cables were poorly routed and had gone up into the upper fans. After carefully peeling them down from the fans, I started it back up only to find it was not booting at all!  No video signal, no bios audio indicators, just lights on the mobo, fans and nothing else. If this awful company had ANY quality control, this computer would’ve never made it into a box. So many ways this should’ve been caught before packing for sale.Everything is made worse by the morons in their support who take no responsibility for their product and unabashedly push me off to “retailer support” (amazon). How bad is a company internally when they are not phased at all by these quality issues, not inquisitive at all, and just shrug customers off like they are just a bother?I will never buy from Master Cooler again; I advise you do the same. No company should let a product in this obvious bad shape get shipped.

Great gaming PC in a small, quiet form factor
Great PC. Even under full load, almost totally silent. 5080 and Ultra 7 265KF is a kick-butt combo. First mini ITX I’ve seen with the 2nd nVME on front side.
