Great vacuum for the price!
The vacuum was a gift for my daughter. The vacuum worked great and is lightweight. However, after 3 months the battery stopped working. The customer service was quick to respond and the representative Junior was very helpful. He was able to activate the 5year warranty for my daughter. The battery was replaced and the vacuum cleaner is working great.Great vacuum cleaner and customer support!

Great vacuum, bad power supply
I was surprised the suction power of this lightweight vacuum. It was bought to replace an old handheld vacuum. With this one I don’t have to bend over to use the vacuum. The swivel head makes it very easy to maneuver around object, under furniture and tables. You can use it with the telescoping wand or without. It picks up well and has 2 speeds. We use it mainly on vinyl floors, area rugs and sometimes on the carpet if we have a small area to clean up. It is very lightweight and the attachments that come with it are very useful.Update:After less than 2 months this great little vacuum no longer works. The battery will not charge or hold a charge and there is no warranty provided by the manufacturer according to Amazon. There was specific instructions regarding how to charge the battery and we followed those instructions but now the battery won’t even give me any indication that it is charging. So BUYER BEWARE, you’re just throwing your money away. Make sure you look for a vacuum with a warranty.Update #2Now more than 2 weeks after talking to Amazon product support the manufacure reached out to say they like to resolve the problem and would like me to send them a video of the issue I was experiencing. Unfortunately since I wasn’t able to return it to Amazon, no warranty and no replacement battery I could purchase, I went with the only option left and that was to trash it. It’s obviously a bad power supply because they sent a special message after purchasing on what steps to take to charge the battery. As I said previously don’t waste your money, go with a different manufacure and one with a warranty.Update #3 after more than 3 weeks the manufacure still wants a video of the product while charging. I’ve already explained to them at least twice that I discarded the vacuum since it didn’t work, there was no warranty and no replacement parts. I believe they have a defective battery which is why I received details instructions on charging the battery for the first couple charges. Look elsewhere and save time, aggravation and money.

I bought this vacuum a few months ago and waited to leave a review because I wanted to give it a fair chance with repeated use before making any hasty judgments. Iâm happy to report that I am very pleased with this product!I have a toddlerâand boy, is he messy! From crumbs under the table to random bits scattered around the house, thereâs always something to clean up. This vacuum has become my go-to for quick, daily cleanups. Itâs super lightweight and easy to maneuver, which makes a big difference when youâre juggling parenting duties.One of my favorite features is how quiet it is. I can even use it while my toddler is napping without worrying about waking him up. Better than I thought it would be!
UPDATE: 4 months in and it stopped working! Battery will not charge. Wish I had heeded the warnings of others. I have contacted customer service and will keep my fingers crossed.I actually did not have high hopes for this little vacuum cleaner coming out of the box. It looked too flimsy to me. With that being said, I now use it every day. It’s lightweight and easy to zoom around and pick up cat hair and litter, and it’s great for sucking up the nasty little beetles that are all over my house without having to drag out my vacuum cleaner. I do wish it was a little easier to disconnect the sections. I have severe arthritis in my thumbs and not much grip strength. Sometimes it takes a bit of a struggle, but I do manage. My only other complaint is that I’ve accidentally opened the canister several times. It’s easy enough to clean back up but something I have to be aware of. For the price, I think it works great without having to spend a fortune on a name brand.
