Far better than expected!
I went with the refurbished unit for a great deal. I only sit about 2 feet away from them at my desk and they sound amazing when playing music, games, or on a conference call. I had issues with getting the computer to send the sound through the included aux cord. Instead, I was able to connect them by Bluetooth. I was worried I’d have to re-pair at every startup. Fortunately, they automatically connect to the computer flawlessly. The remote is a nice thought, though I really don’t use it. Definitely do not regret this purchase.

I bought these for my husband’s computer setup, and I was so impressed, I got some for myself! I was very pleasantly surprised at the range of sound from this size of speaker. Subtle but strong bass tones. Very pleased with my purchase!

Only one speaker worked
Does not work with Windows 11. Bluetooth connects but absolutely no audio. Audio jack cable also does nothing. Waste of money if you have Windows 11. Customer support is, of course, online only, and if they answer will only give you boiler plate answers that anyone would already have tried (change the cable, reboot the computer, reconnect the BT, etc.).

Not every item is good and equal
Yes, I bought it refurbished, but maybe someone could check the items in box and missing Audio cable.In plus – batteries for RC, they was already installed.Biggest disappointment – white noise, it is well heard in quiet room.When it is playing – they are good.

Not bad
Well had to double price of other speakers I tried for something worth a damn. These at least can fill a room and not sound distorted at higher levels. The sound is not Balanced or crisp by no means but at least you can hear it and Bluetooth works. Also bigger than I really wanted but I can work with that. Lack of eq for bass and treble sucks but again at least you can hear them.

I like to listen to soft music as I’m going to sleep. Some of them are a little louder. Now I can put the remote by the bed and won’t have to deal with it

Las encontre con un super precio en Amazon Renewed, la verdad es que estan muy buenas, no traian algun defecto fisico ni se veia que fueran usadas, la caja venia un poco maltratada, pero todo venia perfectamente embalado, el sonido es impecable, al conectar por cable de 3.5mm se escucha un leve sonido, pero al poner cualquier contenido se vuelve imperceptible, por lo que me costaron ($1,041.18 MXN), estoy bastante satisfecho.
