Amazing deal if you want real estate
Amazing monitor size and resolution for the price. The sheer size is crazy: almost like stacking two ultrawides on top of each other. This is an absolute work productivity beast (endless rows on spreadsheets) and is very usable for many games. In particular, bright color games like Assassin’s Creed and Horizon Zero Dawn play very well. Same goes for many RTS games. This monitor does not have OLED black levels and color pop so it noticeably struggles with dark games like Last of Us and Resident Evil. I put it on a desk mounted stand for height and depth adjustment. Since it is so big, everyone will want different viewing distances and angles. The provided stand is well made but rather large and rigid (no height adjustment). The power cord is a little short but I had many of those saved up over the years. There are very few curved options at this size. You get a lot of monitor for the price. I am very happy.

It’s not bad, if you understand what you’re getting. [Returned due to fault]
I purchased this to use as a new primary monitor on my sim rig for gaming. It’s… Alright. The size is great, it’s much bigger than a traditional monitor, a bit smaller than most higher res TVs you’ll find, it sort of sits in the middle ground of the two. For a size comparison, it’s just a bit wider than a 34″ ultrawide, and almost twice as tall. The image isn’t *too* bad (more on this later), colors are ok once you adjust the screen. The size makes games truly immersive. My screen sits less than an arm’s length from my seated position, so larger screens like this just fill your field of view and you really get brought into the game. It’s *fast*. I didn’t think 165hz would be that big of a difference from the 144hz I’m used to, but this thing just feels much more snappy in everything. This being a VA panel, it does have some of the inherent ghosting that comes with that. The “VA smear” as it’s known. It isn’t as bad as my other VA monitor, but definitely still present. Like all VA screens, it’s better or worse depending on what is being displayed. Some games show it worse than others, scenes with higher contrast or brighter colors will show it more. This is just a VA thing, and companies trying to clock them higher than the tech can really handle and still retain a clear image. The major downside of this monitor comes down to what it is. 1440p at this size just isn’t very good. That’s a lot of screen, and relatively few pixels to fill it, so you end up with a pretty low pixel density. Meaning, you don’t get the clearest image in the world. The pixel pitch is fine, there isn’t any screen door effect going on, it’s just not a clean image. At a normal 100% scale, text is difficult to read due to becoming pixelated. When I first hooked this guy up and powered it on, I was disappointed. I knew what I was getting into, I knew that this resolution at this size would have some image quality issues, I just didn’t think it would be quite so bad. Coming from 1440p 34″ ultrawide, this was a huge downgrade in quality. A screen this size really should be 4k. I stuck with it though, and after a few days, it didn’t seem so bad anymore. My eyes and brain had adjusted to it, and it was alright. Text still looked pretty bad, but overall I was mostly happy with the monitor. I was still sort of on the fence, but it suited my particular needs. And then it started having issues. After only a few days of use, it started flickering random horizontal bars across the screen. They happened so fast that at first I thought I was imagining it, but after paying very close attention, it was definitely there. It was always at a different location, and different size, a white bar that flickered for probably one frame. I did the usual, checked my GPU, cables, tried new cables, tried different ports. The result was always the same, the monitor was flickering. Luckily I kept the box.

Worthless piece of junk
Tragically annoying and almost non functional user interface. The little button is flimsy and itâs hard to know if youâre pushing exactly right, left, up, or down. Enormous lag between pushes and responses so your sitting there wondering whatâs going on. Worst yet, if your computer goes into sleep mode, and the monitor turns off, when you wake it up, the monitor will not pick up the active computer, instead saying âno signalâ. You have to hard reset your entire computer to get the monitor to recognize itâs plugged in. This bug makes the entire product a worthless piece of junk. Who wants to hard reset their computer so often? Insane this got by their engineers.

Too big, can’t control brightness with HDR, gave me a headache
I’m still going to give this 5 stars because it would be a great monitor for SOMEONE. Just not me.My desk isn’t huge, about 4 feet wide, 2.5 feet deep, monitor was LOOMING over me with how close I had to have it, even in the corner of the desk.Monitor is VERY bright. Brightness cannot be controlled with HDR on, and monitor looks horrible with HDR off. Looks OK with HDR on but extremely bright. When you turn HDR on the monitor’s own setting for Brightness is grayed out.I do have a graphics card and computer that should be fine for this monitor, GeForce RTX 3060 12GB GDDR6, on a Lenovo Legion T5 Tower with AMD Ryzen 9 7950X.Even if there’s some setting I missed and this can be dimmed with HDR, is still too big to use on a normal size desk. This monitor would probably be great for a budget gamer who wanted to play multiplayer games with 1 or more friends in person, with this set up in a living room or basement, so you could get 5 to 10 feet back from it. Mounted on wall would work and it comes with a universal stand adapter.Would also be good as a TV in a waiting room for a doctor’s office, or for displaying frequently updating data (like flight times) somewhere in public. But I returned it.

Huge size, a pleasing aspect ratio, crisp resolution, blazingly bright, and the curve creates a fantastic viewing experience!

Love the panel for gaming. I don’t see much flaws in it. I dont see ghosting at all. Brightness is enough for my use.I wanted to consider it badly but alas, i do 60% work 40% gaming. PPI is not enough (for me) to be useful so back to my 43â 4KTV that Im using as a monitor for 3 years now. Going in I kinda knew but Im wasnt sure.

I hope itâs 4K, but for this price itâs a great monitor.
