Great laptop
I work as a dietary cook in a nursing home and I have to do lots of training online. It is the best! I can relax in my favorite chair and put it in my lap and do everything I need to do.This was also a refurbished one and no problems at all. A great buy!

Refurbed?! Excellent Condition!! Scam!!
This was a complete FAILURE on Global Certified Authentic’s part.When the product arrived at my door I was highly excited to open it and package it as a gift to my son who is an over the road driver.When I opened the product and inspected the unit I was disappointed to find the following:The casing had a deep scratch on the bottom of the unit. Multiple others all over the device.The charging port was completely useless. It looked as if there was a broken charger snapped off inside the port. The unit would not even turn on.Upon receiving the replacement unit and charging cable, the power supply did not have the proper wattage to charge the device.Again, disappointing ð .I contacted the company yet again concerning this issue. I was advised that they no longer had any chargers for the unit in stock and that a refund of only $15 would be provided. Would you please locate me an OEM Dell charger for this device for $15.Well, let me tell you something. The charger that was shipped with the only working unit on the first order which is what was needed for the second cost much more than the amount that was offered as a refund.The product description said excellent condition. These devices are to go through a rigorous refurbishment process to check them for faults to see what has to be replaced or repaired. Failure on Global Certified Authentic’s part.Two orders and two failures. I will never recommend this company to anyone and will steer clear in the future.Amazon should delist them until they get there act together.
It was easy to install once l found the right drill bit. It protects my Blink camera for weather elements and adds a more stable mount. –

I really enjoy this device although I don’t really use the tablet position the conversion to stand alone helps for hands free tasks.

Really good for the price
I just use it for random crap, nothing important. It works pretty well for being refurbished, it’s just slightly slow sometimes and it’ll have trouble loading an app, which is expected tbh. The screen flipping into the tablet mode is a lil wonky sometimes but like i said, it works pretty well.

Not in excellent condition
I ordered two Chromebooks fory kiddos. The devices arrived a day early and packaged well. They even had full batteries. We got them turned on and started setting them up. There are keys on both devices that stick and have to be pressed extremely hard to get to work. When we tried to plug head phones into the port, the jack just falls out. I knew I was buying refurbished devices, but they were supposed to be in excellent condition. This is not excellent condition. My kids do love them, and the touch screen works well and they load games and videos quickly. The battery life is not very long, which sucks, but not the end of the world.I have reached out to the company about the issues stated above, and will changed my review if these things can be fixed.

Amazing buy
Computer I bought was refurbished, which is what I chose for. It was in excellent condition, enough for me to use for my schoolwork and business, it’s not quite the fastest laptop, but it gets the job done, the touchscreen also makes this so much better! It’s officially been more than 6 months with it, and if you take good care of it, it’ll last a long time, would recommend, the design is also very modern!

BEWARE: Will NOT update ChromeOS or browser past June 2022 update
“This product is inspected, tested, and refurbished, as necessary to be fully functional according to Amazon Renewed standards.” YEAH, RIGHT! Supposedly ChromeBooks are supposed to be supported for 10 years. NOT THESE! It is NOT fully functional. Will not update ChromeOS past June 2022, unable to update the Chrome Browser, and hence, unable to install browser extensions, theme changes, malware/virus protection, or any app that requires a current OS (most of them). Unsecure and unsafe to use online. Backing peeling off around keyboard and other parts, sloppily cut. Can’t get Dell support even if you wanted to because the serials have been sliced off by these refurbers. That said, I like the form factor and size. If it were able to be updated it would have been perfect for my needs (HAM radio web logging/POTA/SOTA activations). Spend a little more and get something more recent that can at least be updated with the current ChromeOS – or maybe bypass Chrome altogether and get a Windows laptop. Needless to say, this was returned for refund.

Son productos usados. En pésimas condiciones y obsoletos ya que la última posee una versión de software que no se permite actualizar por lo tanto ni las mismas aplicaciones de Google chrome son compatibles con esa versión del sistema operativo.Y bueno, sin mencionar que tenÃa rastros de comida y estaba roto. Para cubrir los daños a la carcaza, le pegaron una calcomanÃa de vinil (terriblemente mal pegada).Disculpen pero hay una gran diferencia entre in producto usado y reacondicionado. Esto no es más que un producto usado en mal estado e inservible.

Mende la laptop y se me olvido mandar su cable para cargar su pila, que procede para mandarle con los mismo papeles que e se mando la laptop o serÃa otros, donde describa cargador de laptop solamente.
