I bought this for my 12 year old grand daughter
My grand daughter wanted a computer she could use for school, short video editing and beginning graphic design. This computer is working well, so far, with photoshop and power pro editor. The touch screen is probably her favorite part but she enjoys plugging in with her writing tablet, which also works well with this computer.Overall, it’s keeping up with her activities and she loves it.

Great performance and great value
I bought this laptop for my child’s school work. Mainly my son used zoom app for distance learning and Microsoft word and excel for school works. Honestly it was cheap, and the specs seemed up to date and they are pretty good.If youâre looking for a value yet good performing laptop for everyday use,  this laptop would fit the bill. I would recommended this product to others.

Work great right out of the Box really fast.A little bummed out I just saw the same computer at Best Buy for a $100 less that’s what I get for not looking around oh well lesson learned

Great computer!
I bought the same model computer about a year ago and my wife liked it so much, I bought her this one a couple weeks ago. She loves it! Good screen size, fairly lightweight, handles lots of apps without fail, and the speed is really quick! The view is terrific… website screens, pictures, videos, etc. Lots of options so the owner/user can set the computer to do many tasks. It’s a great laptop and the price was really good. I highly recommend this product!

We purchased this for my teenage son to use for his school work. Of course he also uses it for some gaming and other non school activities. It does a good job. Seems fast and responsive. Our son likes it very much.

Dell = Disappointed
Dell installs serial numbers as a sticker on top of a sticker on the back side of a laptop. This tends to be a very convenient approach considering a laptop is often used on one’s lap. The adhesive is poor quality causing the sticker to fall off. If or when your computer dies, Dell refuses to help you because they can’t verify the item they are working on is actually the item warrantied even though all of the other paperwork including original paper receipt is in hand.
