Great laptop
We purchased this laptop for our grandpa to replace an old older laptop that he had. For the price this is really a perfect laptop and we would highly recommend it to anyone.

Exactly what I needed
I’m satisfied with the Dell Latitude 5520 laptop from Apple Byte. Very nice condition. The touchscreen was a bonus! However, I was surprised that the Dell Service Tag was missing. Not sure why. I used the tag number recorded in the BIOS and was able to use that at the Dell website just fine.

Refurbished, not really
This device was sold as a refurbished Dell laptop by the Amazon seller. However, the “on/off” button stopped working shortly after set up, and the device would not start. We also noted when the power cord was detached the device would immediately shut down. The seller was contacted and said no replacements were available, so it was returned for a refund.

Affordable Gen 11 Dell Laptop 15.6″ Screen
Received in early August, seems to be good so far using it for college work, did buy the warranty, The specs were correct., Came with Win 10, and I can upgrade to 11 at no cost. DO NOT BUY anything under GEN 8 (i5 or i7 – 8xxx or higher on the processor!!) One thing, there are two ways to offer a refurb PC, The Microsoft way which requires a Refurb DPK for the OS, and using the original DPK for the OS, not much of a difference, but with the Refurb DPK the customer should set up the PC, accept the T’s&C’s set up UN and PW, or a Pin. With the OEM the OS has been set up already, just a slight concern. Today you will be hard pressed to find a Amazon Renewed PC with a refurb DPK for the OS. Other than that, no issues.

This was VERY poor. I don’t know what the program was, but not Win. 10 It cost me another $160.00 to get the what ever removed and Win. installed. I’m not a happy buyer

El envÃo fue muy rápido y venÃa muy bien empacada. En cuanto a la laptop, hasta el momento ha funcionado perfecto. Su estética dirÃa que es 9.8/10… únicamente tiene pequeñas marcas en la carcasa inferior/base, pero pues es un área que ni se ve. En la parte del teclado, pantalla, y carcasa superior/tapa todo está en perfecto estado.

La laptop vino en excelentes, condiciones, no hay queja alguna sobre ella pero no puedo creer que siendo una Laptop Dell envÃen un cargador HP y aún venga con una nota de verificación que todo habÃa Sido revisado por una persona, la tuve que devolver por ese detalle.

Imposible actualizar a Windows 11 y en la descripcion dice que si. Tampoco puedo actualizar el Windows 10 marca error ya intenté varios métodos y nada, imposible instalar paqueterÃa office porque no se puede actualizar el Windows con Update. El número de soporte que da el vendedor le hable y me dicen que esa compu ya venció el soporte en linea. Pésima compra
