Very Pleased With My Renewed Dell Laptop
I recently purchased a Dell 7420 14″ laptop from RenewTronics as a renewed product. It not only arrived two days early from the original delivery date given but was also packaged properly for FedEx shipment. The laptop looks brand new with no signs of prior use or damage. The setup of Windows 11 went very smoothly with no issues. The price for the laptop was very fair considering the additional features available on the laptop ie: Touchscreen, Facial and/or Fingerprint Recognition for the Windows Login, etc. Cool Stuff!I am very pleased with the purchase of this product and would definitely use RenewTronics for a future purchase. Great customer service.

So far the laptop is mostly meeting, or exceeding my expectations. The transition from my old to the new one has been quite seamless and quick! I expected to need someone’s assistance, but it has not yet been required. There are still some things I need to get used to, such as the smaller screen !4 in, as well as the keys and the background color is the same which makes it harder to see the keys. Overall, I’m happy with the purchase!

Doy tres estrellas porque no sé cómo funcione, no me esperé a revisar, porque no gustó por fuera, parecÃa como muy usada, la baterÃa ya se veÃa muy gastada y la sentà de la tecla de encendido como muy forzada, hasta la calcomanÃa que ponen enfrente se veÃa gastada.
