Computer is very fast for business usage. Works great! Keyboard and mouse were missing BUT Ryan from the company really helped me out by sending a replacement keyboard and mouse to me right away. This company is a good one. This computer is great. Itâs sleek, wifi connectivity is flawless and it stores a ton. I purchased this rebuilt Dell Optiplex 3060 to replace our old Dell Inspiron which couldn’t support Windows 11. The Optiplex is more computer than we need here at home, but it was affordably priced so I couldn’t overlook it. I also purchased a 3 year service plan for $36. The Optiplex was easy to install even for a non-techy person like myself. So far it is operating beautifully and very fast. We are very pleased after just having it a month.

Solid computer for pricing. I was on the edge about purchasing refurbished but I am highly satisfied with the OptiPlex desktop. Fast speeds, great size for updating hardware. Clean and like new condition. Low to no noise at all. Very easy to use and very simple to set up and update. Not sure about wifi as I am using a hardwired connection. I would buy again. Basic functional computer that works.
Everything worked great out of the box. Even appreciate the keyboard and mouse that came with it. Plenty of ram, storage, and speed for what I need it for. Not going to be a gaming computer as the video card is only 4 mb. But video card was enough to run two monitors. Way cheaper than store bought one. And I was amazed how quiet it was, that I had to see if it had a fan.

Very Satisfied
I’m very satisfied with this computer. I wasn’t sure of some of the details, and I don’t know much about computers, so I chose what I think was the most powerful option on each feature, because I don’t want to have to deal with another new computer for a really long time (hopefully never). And yet the price seemed very good. I was forced into changing to Windows 11by Microsoft’s announcement on not supporting Windows 10 on my old computer. It’s been a few weeks and so far, so good. It was easy to set up and looks almost like new. And mine came with a VGA port, which I didn’t expect from the online description/pic, so I didn’t even need an adapter to use with my old monitor. The speed seems great; my old computer was like driving an old garbage truck and this new one is like driving a Porsche.

Good basic PC
The PC arrived in good condition, very clean and well packaged. There were no problems updating Windows 11 and setting up my Microsoft account. Wifi connected easily with the included antennas. The performance is fine for office applications, and it’s fairly quiet running those. I’ve done Handbrake encoding, which runs the CPU at 100%, and the fan is noticeably louder.

Easy setup, Windows 11 loaded properly. Annoying Copilot stuff, windows fluff stuff. Fast, clean pc. Nice small yet capable footprint. Wifi connection super fast.Optical dvd very flimsy.For the price, if it holds up, excellent buy.

Great deal. I bought this to replace a 3-year-old refurbished Dell with Windows 10. So, since I needed Windows 11, I got this refurbished Dell. It is super-fast, was easy to get going, and all my saved web pages carried over. A few learning aspects with Windows 11 versus 10, but that’s to be expected.
