Power of an i7 chipset with lots of RAM and plenty of storage. Nice air flow for cool electronics
So far, so good. I bought two of these to replace our aging desktops. This model has the 14th gen i7 chipset, 32G RAM and 1 TB storage. OS is Windows 11 Pro. Set up was easy and I matched each of these desktops to a pair of 27 inch monitors (desktop is capable of connecting to 3 monitors). It does come with a WiFi adapter; however, I use a hardwire connection to a fiber router. It appears that the WiFi adapter works since I can see my WiFi-4 networks on the list of available networks. Graphics capability is sufficient to provide excellent quality on the monitors and on downloads–probably not a great choice for high end gaming. Bottom line–I am very happy with the product; it meets my “must have” list across the board. It’s a powerful desktop for all of my needs at home and I expect it will cover my needs for years to come.

Fast, and quite.
Needed to upgrade 7 year old box and this was what my tech recommended. So far (just two weeks in) it has worked wonderfully. We use it in a share enviorment, and that has dramatically improved. The significant amount of connectivity has been helpful. The one plug for speakers works, but the jury is still out if this will provide the level of sound quality I had on my old machine. I love the smaller form factor, also the box is extremely quite (which is nice) and the disk busy light is helpful when you are not sure if thinks are moving forward. Great box I highly recommend

Buyer Beware Before You Buy
I ordered this Dell OptiPlex 7020 Tower desktop to replace my aging Dell desktop. Overall, it’s a quiet and fast PC but there are a few things you need to be aware of before you buy it.First, my old computer has a DVD R/W drive that I used to make videos of our trips. This Dell OptiPlex Tower 7020 also has a DVD R/W drive, but it will not read or write Blu-ray DVDs. This was disappointing to me because all the DVDs I burn are Blu-ray.Second, this computer comes with just a 2TB SSD drive with Windows 11. If you need additional storage, be aware that additional drives will need to be SSD drives. There is a place to install SSD drives, but there is no place to install internal Hard Drives. The Dell OptiPlex Tower 7020 can connect to Wi-Fi, but it is not built in. It comes with a USB adaptor. It also does not have Bluetooth. If you need Bluetooth, you will need to buy an adaptor.Overall, it’s a good computer. The online description for it needs to be clarified.

This is Preowned, NOT new and it doesnt state that in the description.
The good is that these are very nice little machines. Good performance, seem to work well, etc. They also look nice. The bad is that this is not a new machine, it is preowned and you will NOT get the full warranty. If you look up the service tag on Dell it will tell you its location is the United Arab Emirates and it is already months into its warranty. To get any kind of service I will have to fill out a transfer of ownership form. How as an end user do I know if it has had ransomware installed? How do I know the drive is the original dell m.2 with the same quality? I’m going to have to format this box or return it. Still trying to decide but I would advise anyone else to find another vendor.

Only a 260 Watt power supply unit
Be warned: this computer comes at a fair price for some nice components (particularly SSD, RAM, and CPU), but the power supply is only 260 Watts, which is concerning. You may want to consider buying a 500W or 750W PSU, especially if you want to add a GPU down the line, like I do.

working beautifully, for the short time I’ve had it set up.
I’ve only had it set up for two days, so don’t know much about it. Mouse and Keyboard work fine, but they are not wireless.
