Highly recommend
This was my second attempt at buying a portable speaker to use in my car. My car can’t play music on its own anymore so I bought a different speaker, but that one didn’t get loud enough for me to still hear the music when driving with my windows down (car also has no AC so I have to have the windows down at all times). I returned that speaker and decided to buy a more expensive one to see if that was better. This speaker absolutely gets the job done! Nice and loud, nice sound quality (speaking as a professional musician and a former audio engineer), and the strap on it works great for hanging it over the passenger’s seat so it doesn’t slide around while I’m driving. So far I’ve had it for over a week and haven’t needed to charge it. I haven’t tried boosting the bass and probably never will, however. In my opinion the sound is good enough without it.Worth the price!

Die beiden 30W-Lautsprecher und die Passivmembranen an den Seiten verstärken den Bass spürbar und sorgen für ein intensives Klangerlebnis. Das Gerät misst ca. 32 x 20 x 12 cm, wiegt rund 2,1 kg und ist damit sowohl kompakt als auch robust genug, um es flexibel in verschiedenen Räumen oder sogar draußen zu nutzen.Die Anschlüsse auf der Rückseite (USB-C zum Aufladen, USB-A zum Laden anderer Geräte, AUX-In und ein MicroSD-Karten-Slot) sind praktisch und gut durch eine Gummiabdeckung geschützt. Besonders gefällt mir die Möglichkeit, Musik direkt von einer MicroSD-Karte abzuspielen, auch wenn ich persönlich eher auf Bluetooth-Streaming setze.Das Bedienfeld an der Oberseite ist intuitiv gestaltet. Neben der Lautstärkeregelung und Play/Pause gibt es Tasten für den Bass-Boost und die TWS-Funktion (True Wireless Stereo). Beim Bass-Boost fällt der Unterschied subtil aus, zeigt sich aber bei tieferen Frequenzen durch eine stärkere Bewegung der seitlichen Membranen. Für meinen Geschmack ist der Klang auch ohne Boost bereits sehr kraftvoll.Besonders begeistert bin ich von der TWS-Funktion: Nachdem ich einen zweiten Lautsprecher gekauft habe, konnte ich einen echten Stereo-Effekt erzeugen. Anfangs war ein Lautsprecher etwas lauter als der andere, doch nach Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Hersteller wurde das Problem schnell und professionell gelöst. Der Kundenservice war freundlich, schnell und sehr bemüht – wirklich ein großes Plus.Das einzige, was mir aufgefallen ist, sind die ungeschützten Passivmembranen an den Seiten. Für den Outdoor-Einsatz wäre ein Schutzgitter ideal gewesen. Dennoch, solange man etwas aufpasst, ist dies kein großes Problem.Fazit: Für meine Bedürfnisse, sei es als portables Küchenradio oder für die Nutzung in verschiedenen Räumen, ist der DOSS Extreme Boom perfekt geeignet. Die Bluetooth-Verbindung funktioniert zuverlässig, und die Verarbeitung ist hochwertig. Bei einem Preis von rund 80 EUR finde ich das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis wirklich gut. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der freundliche und schnelle Kundenservice, der sich um Anliegen kümmert und sicherstellt, dass man lange Freude an dem Produkt hat.

Nutze den Lautsprecher im Garten und am Pool. Die Verbindung über Blutooth ist sehr stabil. Die Akkulaufzeit gefällt mir sehr gut. Der Klang ist für meine Zwecke ausreichend (Internetradio), die Lautstärke ebenfalls.
