Cheesy cheap tires popped by a tiny thorn
Terrible tires! Very thin material, definitely not designed for any sort of terrain. A tiny thorn pierced the tire after riding around the neighborhood in the street, not even in rough terrain. As for the rest of the bike it seems alright but itâs not even rideable at this point until purchasing new tires because it will likely happen again with the horrible quality.

Great Bike and Great Customer Service
We bought this bike one month ago for our 18 year old son. It was easy to assemble and the battery never had any issues charging or remaining charged for hours at a time. This is a great bike and we are more than happy with it. We had an issue with a part in Austin about a week ago. We emailed the seller to request the part and communicated via email. They were more than responsive. When they agreed to provide the part, they sent it FEDEX and provided the tracking information. The part made it to our repair shop and was fixed fast. Excellent bike. Excellent customer service.
