FANTASTIC BIKE SO FAR!
I wanted to wait a little while before doing a review on this bike so after almost 100 miles, here is my input: First, this is an awesome looking bike! Very well made and super comfortable to ride. I am a big guy, 6’0 235lbs and it is a very good fit. Might not be suitable for short people as the bike is big. I have a 29er mountain bike and this is easily as big. Easy to assemble and arrived fast! The large screen shows me everything I need to know while riding and the thumb throttle is great! I live in an area with a lot of hills and this helps me up them with ease. I had a few small issues (wrong phone holder was sent) and their customer service is AWESOME! They got back to me very fast and resolved small problems very quickly and kindly! I honestly could not be more impressed. If your looking for an awesome ebike, you won’t go wrong with a Enikani. If I had to give input one something negative, and this isn’t really a flaw, the only thing I would probably improve is better quality tires but these are fine so far. I hope this helps

I rarely write reviews as I just don’t really have the time or remember once I’ve actually used the product.That being said I would give a 5 star but it’s on the product itself and there were a couple(very minor to me) issues. It originally was missing some screws and the tool kit to put things together. Customer service is amazing! I messaged them and they had it right out to me! Shipping(due to the holiday season) took a little bit but nothing i would consider excessive and considering the bike itself showed up earlier then was expected I don’t consider that to much of a fault.The biggest issue came with the settings. I don’t think mine were set where they shouldnhave been but it was an easy fix! Again customer service is AMAZING! They have been quick to respond, explain in detail what COULD be an issue based on the info you provided and don’t ask you to do the basic stupid “make sure you have unplugged it and plugged it back in” talk. They give you real answers to try and then go from there. I am currently still on a back and forth(only due to having to work and only a small amount of time in between as I work 12 hr shifts) to fix a small issue with the speed not quite getting where it should. They have been very helpful and have not shyed away from any issues or given the run around.As for the bike itself. It rides super smooth. The tires do feel a little on the “cheap” side but also not the worst out there. Still having issues getting the speed where is should but again working with customer service currently to resolve the issue. It does sit TALL!! It sits similar to a 28-29 inch that I had ridden at one point so if you are smaller get a smaller size! The light is pretty decent but is a little harder to adjust then i would like. I have small hands so the brakes are a bit far away from the handle bars(finger length wise) but that’s a simple part swap! If you have never ridden a fat tire bike be prepared to feel the tug when changing directions as it’s just a bigger heavier tire and you feel the weight more but it can be nerve rocking at first especially at higher speeds.Over all it’s worth what you pay and customer service makes it on point!

First class bike and company
This company is first class. One of the bikes were delivered with a bent rim. We didn’t have the chance to take the bikes out for several months becasue they were delived to our second home. When I contacted them they didnt play games and tried to tell me it was out of warrantee. They sent me another as soon as possible. This is the forth bike I have ordered from them. The bikes are made well and ride great. Highly recommend.Ron
