It’s okay but…
I like the scooter well enough, but I can’t get the phone app to detect the scooter so I can’t access all of the scooter’s functions. UPDATE, going from a 3-star to a 4-star review, after quite a bit of fussing around with the app over a couple of days, I finally got it to connect to the scooter. I’m not terribly impressed with the app though, because there are some limitations with it, plus it’s a bit glitchy. Perhaps that’s because I have an Android device, but I doubt that would be the reason. Anyway, I am quite happy with the scooter overall because it perfectly meets my NEEDS. The price was fantastic; I got it for $109.00 and it’s the same scooter that I’ve seen priced well into the 200-300 dollar range except that this one has a 500W motor and a better top end speed, whereas the others have all had a 350W motor and lower top end speed. The app issues are the only reason I’m giving this a 4-star rating, otherwise it would be 5-star

App and device issues
Just test rode it and found it only goes 16mph, apparently this is able to be changed on the app, however, I kept getting an error message. The seller was responsive and offered siggestions to fix it, but I am going to assume this is how it is at this point.
