Perfect Campus Ride for My Teen Son
I got this electric scooter for my 17 year old son to use around the University of Florida and it has been absolutely perfect for him. T campus is huge and walking everywhere just wasnât realistic but this scooter makes it a breeze to get from class to class without breaking a sweat. He loves that the tire has a stripe of orange because UF colors are orange and blue. It also makes it easier to identify when thereâs a ton of scooters parked together.Itâs fast enough to be fun with a top speed around 19 miles per hour for him (heâs super tall and over 200 pounds) and the battery lasts a really long time. He can go a full day cruising around without needing to recharge. Heâs gone as far as two days without a recharge but hasnât pushed it to three yet. It also recharges FAST!Itâs super lightweight which makes it easy to carry and store. He is able to bring it into the classroom on rainy days when he doesnât want to leave it outside on the bike rack. He loves the app features especially being able to lock it and check the battery life on his phone. The phone holder is solid and keeps his device steady while he rides.Setup was easy and everything feels safe and well built. The dual braking system gives me peace of mind as a parent and the customer service seems really responsive too. My husband loves it so much he got us two more for home so we can ride back and forth to the beach. The whole family enjoys this scooter.
