am very impressed with the quality and construction of this scooter. I have owned several folding / commuting scooters and this one is by far the best quality and has the best overall performance. The quality and durability of the scooter gives you a better sense of safety while riding it and you feel more confident on it due to its weight and quality. The bigger wheels definitely add to the confidence and ride quality. The customer service department was excellent and Chloe was fantastic to work with as she worked with me to solve a small issue that was easily solved thanks to her diligence. This Electric is great for the price. It is sturdy, built with quality. The absorption is good as it feels like a smoother ride on bumpy roads compared to another scooter I had from a different brand. The range is good and it can longer depending on the speed you use.Recommend.

Solidly built, basic e-scooter for newbieâs and seniors new to e-scooting
Initial observations. First observation is the lack of security or locking system. If left unattended anyone could push the button, turning it on, and ride it away. You will need to buy a good chain lock like with a bicycle to protect your scooter from theft. Second observation, handlebars are fixed and fairly tall. Iâm 5â11â and the handlebars are kinda too high. Handlebars are not height adjustable as others have claimed. However, the handlebars do fold-down for stowing in a car, maybe that is what others were thinking by adjustable? Ps. My scooter came with an extra inter-tube for the inflatable tire. Another nice surprise, it comes with a bell on the handlebar to alert people. Ding ding!!! True, itâs lacking in features like an anti-theft system and no integration with a cellphone. Itâs a pretty basic scooter yet very solidly built. Youâre getting a good scooter less expensive but also lacking the high end features. I would say excellent for a beginner or someone who doesnât need speed and distance. Frankly, I havenât actually ridden this scooter yet having just put it together which was extremely easy to do. I will do an update when I actually take the scooter for a ride.

Smooth Ride
After two weeks of using the scooter I can confidently say it has made my daily commute so much easier, it handles city streets like a champ. It reaches a good speed which feels fast but still safe, and the 17 mile range is perfect for me for getting to and from work without worrying about charging.How smooth it rides its unbelievable even on slightly rougher roads the combination of solid and pneumatic tires absorbs enough impact to keep things comfortable.

Scooter review
This would be my second Escooter, the first one was the unagi. I would have to say this is much better because of the bigger wheels and better suspension. I didn’t think that would be that much of an issue but going through rough bumps really was extremely uncomfortable on the unagi. This makes the whole ride much more comfortable and tolerable.

Good fpr the price!
Pretty good for the price not very good for hilly roads or bumpy. Does good on flat smooth rodes. It was so fun i bought another with a lot more power but im glad i started with this one. Charges fast and will get you whete you want to go with in 8 or 10 miles.

A Great Partner for Daily Commuting
I ride it to work, covering 10 kilometers each way every day, and a single charge can last for three days. The 10-inch tires make it smooth when going over speed bumps, and it accelerates much faster than a bicycle. After folding, I can easily carry it onto the subway. Weighing 37 pounds, it’s quite friendly for girls.

Used item, not what I expected!
The scooter had several issues, but is was a used item. Too many issues to be fixed. It also came full of dirt, and scratched up. Luckily I was given a refund right away.
