Opened scooter today. Immediate disappointment. The holes for the four screws to attach the handle were misaligned causing the screws to strip out or not go in all the way. Once we got past that issue, the scooter made a scraping noise as it was being ridden. Realized the brakes were set too tight from factory. Once we realigned the break pads we discovered a loud rattling sound and found the back wheel guard was not riveted properly to the frame and was rattling. It was at that point we wanted to put the scooter back in the box to return it.Terrible quality control.

I bought this scooter for my nephew. It is pretty fast snd the battery lasts a long time. It folds really easy and it is very stable. There are 3 different moves to choose from for speed and battery saving. Overall 10/10

Screw holes didnât match up
Right off the bat, the item was 3 days late getting to us. We bought this as a birthday gift and it didnât arrive in time. We decided to put it together and charge the battery so it would be ready to go when we gifted it. Well that didnât fair that well! Screw holes donât match up! Had to drill the hole to allow screws to go in correctly. Not sure how Iâm feeling about this purchase. I guess Iâll see when the recipient tries it out. Hopefully everything else works correctly.

You get what you pay for. These are good enough.
Bought two of these. One came put together well. The other had the rear fender missing some screws(rattled a lot) and the handle bars holes didnât line up well during assembly. I filed the tube down to get the holes to line up for the handle bars. Just expect to get what you pay for in an inexpensive scooter from China. The app was strange to setup. The app apparently can setup LOTS Of devices with Bluetooth. Search through all the options in the app and you will find a scooter eventually. The app setup easily even with two scooters on the same app. Check all your fasteners before you ride. First ride went well. These arenât fast, but in sport mode they move fast enough. Time will tell how they hold up.

I was sent a used scooter where the wires were cut when I opened the box, and it was assembled backwards. Scuff marks all over the scooter as well

Great Scooter for the Neighborhood and Getting Around Urban Areas
I’ve enjoyed using hop-on scooters such as Lime when visiting other cities. They’re easy to maneuver, can get you places quickly, and help to avoid traffic, especially in congested downtown areas. When I saw this item, I thought it would be great to have for getting around my neighborhood. But then it occurred to me that since it collapses and fits easily into the back of the car, I can bring it with me to other local areas and use it the same way I do when visiting out of town. The scooter is as sturdy as you’ll find in the rideshare programs, but it is much lighter in weight and easy to fold and put in the back of a car. The range is much more than I expected, and the maneuverability is top-notch. The app is handy for adjusting settings, monitoring battery usage, and other functions. All in all, a great product.
