Great Chair!
I purchased this chair as a companion piece for a small PC desk also purchased at Amazon. It took me 45 mins. to assemble, the directions were easy and spot on. It has filled my needs exactly, small foot print, comfortable and sturdy. Very happy with this purchase. (If I can assemble it anyone can, Im in my 80’s & female)

Low cost, easy to assemble, seat is a little shorter than most chairs I’ve had
Just received and assembled.This was the easiest assembly I ever had for an office chair. I really liked that.It appears to be well made and sturdy.I didn’t want to spend a lot of money because I’ve had $470 chairs go bad on me after two years. This is now my sixth office chair for my family of which two people use the chairs. If I get over two years out of this one I will consider it a win.The design is what I prefer because the arms attach toward the back which allows my legs to lay comfortably toward the sides and not be pinched.The seat cushion is very firm so it should hold up well over time. Because the seat sits back under the chair back it limits the depth of the seat so the seat doesn’t extend out to where I am accustomed to on the other chairs I have had. It is still fine and I think I will get used to the new feel.On other chairs I have had the backs have split, the main post has broken off nearly sending me to the floor and the piston has lost it’s lift ability.This chair has some heavy duty plastic that I don’t think will split like the chair I had split because of a thin plastic area in the design. The chair tips back nicely but not super far which is what caused the post to bend and break on one of my chairs. Of the five previous chairs I’ve had only one lost it’s piston pressure due to what was probably a bad seal. I had a two year warranty on one of my $470 dollar chairs and the warranty completely replaced the chair so the warranty was a good deal that time.The assembly of the seat to the arms is very tight so you will need a little muscle to push it into place so the screws line up. This was the most difficult part of the assembly. I would not recommend paying for assembly on this chair because of the simplicity of putting it together. If you don’t feel comfortable doing the assembly yourself, have a handy neighbor assist and know that it will be a breeze for them.I am well pleased with this chair right now and hope it holds up well for the next two year or so.

NOT as good as the Reviews State~Sort of an Expert
Update 2-17-24Still hate this chair every time I sit in it and feel it’s a real POS. DO NOT BUY THIS CHAIR. It’s a waste of money. Did want to add something else. The back is virtually useless as it’s angled too far back from the bottom cushion. Have I stated how much I hate this chair?!!!Update 7-10-23This chair sucks. It squeaks real loud. It rocks to one side. Highly recommend moving on to a different chair!In my first 2 hours, I’m not very happy with this chair. I don’t understand where all of the good reviews come from. The armrest are too short relative to the bottom cushion. I feel the lumbar, but not in a good way. Lastly, when you lean back with the backrest locked, you can feel the backrest want to lean to your right a little due to the back recline lockout design. The left hand side of recline mechanism has a hole where the recline rod goes through, whereas, the right side has a loose slot that the recline rod goes through. So, when you lean back with a locked back, you can feel the slop in the slot causing the backrest to give way to your right. On a positive note, the bottom cushion seems okay. Nice try Felix, but you missed the mark!

Should’ve Spent a bit More
Been using this in my home office for about a week and a half now. Overall, I wish I’d stepped up and just spent a bit more.The good:- It’s decently comfortable- It was easy enough to put together- It arrived fully intact – no packaging issues or missing partsThe bad:- The adjustable-height stem bleeds pressure, I have to reset height at least every day, sometimes more- With the armrests folded up, they are still in the way of putting your arms at your sides- Armrest padding is exceptionally thin – probably 1/4″ or so over hard (plastic? wood?) underlay- Overall feel is pretty cheap and flimsy – nothing about it feels rigid or robust- Even at full height it’s barely high enough even though I’m only slightly above average heightI was drawn in by the good reviews and quick shipping, now suspect I’ll be replacing it before the end of the year.EDIT: After owning for a few months, I’ll add to the list of complaints that it squeaks loudly every time I move.

Unfortunately the gas lift in this chair has stopped working and only purchased last July, but I have asked the seller to respond on the warranty. This is a very good chair and comfortable especially for those with back issues. I await a response and I will then put another post on.
