This is an amazing tool, and the accessory kit is absolutely invaluable. I canât believe the stuff you can do with this kit. Mind blown!The sustainer box that the router came in was badly damaged and I had to break it to get it open, but the tool was in perfect condition and they replaced the sustainer box for me with a brand new one no questions asked and didnât even ask for a return of the broken one.Great job guys customer service is extremely important and you seem to understand that
