Weird rumble motors but otherwise perfect
The controller is very nice and comfortable. The gamesir nexus app was very easy to install and use. The controller feels so smooth when using the thumb sticks they just glide around like butter. I love the blue color and the the paddles are very nice. My only confusion is that the packaging for this controller was clearly not the same as the unboxing videos I’ve seen on YouTube. It basically came in an egg carton lol. But everything was included so who knows. One thing that worries me is that rumble motors for the left side grip and trigger are definitely different that the right side ones. The left ones are louder and vibrate normally. The right side ones are more subtle and sound/feel more like a buzz than proper rumble. I wonder if I got a repackaged return or if the different rumble motors mean this is a lemon 🍋.Edit 4/6/25I contacted gamesir and they said the left and right motors are built that way and it’s normal. They said when they both rumble together you can’t notice the difference and I can confirm it’s true. I also remember my normal Xbox controller having different rumble motors in the left and right so I think it’s just standard practice. Updating from 4 to 5 stars. Controller still plays great so far! Really happy and exited with my purchase and best part was I got it $10 off during the spring sale.

Works when it wants
First off this is a great controller, down side is I’ve been having little problems with it from day one. The first was fixed with an update. The second is it keeps disconnecting from my headset and the power cord. I could contact gamesir, but I really don’t want to, too much hassle.

Garbage don’t buy
Bought the first one on 9/9/24 it refused to stay connected at 1000hz. Only 250hz worked on PC. I pursued the support avenues of going to their Discord which is a waste! They keep latest firmware updates hidden and refuse to share or post them. Their own software doesn’t update to the latest firmware either. Needless to say latest firmware does not keep these controllers at 1000hz, they want you to run a file that adds a registry change which works only while Windows 11 is running, one reboot and the change is gone because it’s not done properly and Windows 11 removes it. So you have to constantly keep installing this usb patch to get 1000hz on PC to work.Don’t ask why I was dumb enough to buy a second controller on 9/25/24 but I did. It had surprise the exact same issues! Cannot keep the 1000hz settings under Windows 11. Their so called support in Discord had a solution if you wish to call it that. They recommend I downgrade to Windows 10 or Windows 7. I’m sorry but why on earth would I want to run a obsolete and unsupported OS just for your controller?They’ve contacted my via Amazon messaging only after leaving the first controllers review as bad. The message they gave me is basically ” we want to make it right” but did nothing to do that.All the time in the Discord they ignore you and act like you are bothering them by asking for support. The Discord is full of clueless script kiddies using obsolete OS’s. Emails to their support go unanswered and warranty claim is impossible. They reply to no email addresses I’ve contacted.If these controllers are NOT able to run at 1000hz in Windows 11 then STOP advertising them as able to do so because they are NOT.Also the included USB cables look great, except for the fact the are so cheaply made they only last a few weeks, just long enough to make it past the Amazon return window.SO now I have 2 of these useless controllers, they work with my own provided USB cable but they do not keep the 1000hz settings no matter what. There are other controllers on Amazon that run at 1000hz and you need to do nothing, they work right out the box and keep the 1000hz setting.I don’t recommend these, they only last long enough so you cannot send them back and the Manufacture only wants good reviews and does nothing else to support the product or refund you.To the support person who doesn’t want bad reviews on Amazon. Make a working product and change the description, it’s not working under Windows 11 and you know it. You also don’t have software capable of even updating to the latest firmware, which you attempt to blame 99% of the issues on and it’s not that at all.Want to make it right? Refund the people who had these trash controllers survive 30 days and become useless and those who you ran around for over 30 days trying to get support of your useless Discord and bogus email addresses.

Great Controller
Good controller has no drifting issues after using it for 3 months now. Very comfortable in the hands.
