If the tank is leaking, make sure that the rubber plug at the bottom of the tank has been removed while reinstalling the tank.

How does the machine heat up?

After inserting the power plug, press ON/OFF button, the machine can be heated automatically. The indicator light will flash blue at this time.

I pressed the “2 cups” button for a while but no water comes out, why?

If no coffee or water comes out the first time, please follow the manual for the first use cycle. Also, this problem can be caused by improper placement of the water tank, please remove and reinstall the tank several times.

Are there any tips for making milk froth?

1. Use cold whole milk. 2. Do not insert the steam wand deep into the milk. For best frothing results, insert the steam wand into the milk and blow just to the surface. 3. Keep the steam wand at a 30-60° angle to the surface of the milk.
