CONFIDENCE IN MOTION. Among the Manifest’s extraordinary features is Spherical Technology, which utilizes a ball-and-socket design powered by MIPS, the market-leading protection system that helps to reduce rotational forces. Spherical Technology allows the outer liner to rotate around the inner liner during a crash and also eliminates contact with a hard-plastic slip-plane. In addition to leading head protection, the Manifest offers wide-open airflow thanks to the AURA reinforcing arch, which bolsters structural integrity while allowing air to flow into the massive Wind Tunnel vents. You’ll also get a comfortable, secure fit with the easy fit and positioning adjustments built into the Roc Loc Trail Air fit system and plush, XT2 padding for exceptional sweat absorption.
COMPREHENSIVE PERFORMANCE AND PROTECTION: Engineered in Giro’s helmet test lab.
SPHERICAL TECHNOLOGY AND MIPS PROTECTION SYSTEM: Ball-and-Socket Design, powered by MIPS, redirects impact forces without compromising comfort, ventilation, weight, or style. The market-leading protection system is designed to address rotational motion, for an added measure of protection in certain impacts.
PROGRESSIVE LAYERING: Dual-density EPS foam liner designed to address high and low-speed impacts for more comprehensive energy management.
UNPARALLELED AIRFLOW: 19 Wind Tunnel vents and internal channeling allow air to flow through the helmet to enhance cooling power.
LIGHTWEIGHT AND DURABLE: Construction eliminates excess weight and permanently fuses tough polycarbonate outer shell to the interior liner.

Customers say

Customers find the cycling helmet comfortable, well-fitting, and appreciate its top protection technology and excellent ventilation. The magnetic clasp on the chin strap receives mixed feedback, with some finding it great while others report it pinches the neck. Customers consider the helmet pricey and note it’s easy to adjust.

    Comfortable fit
I’ve got a fairly big head, 60cm. I tried on 4 helmets. All were in the Large/XL size. I went with the Giro.Giro Manifest Spherical – Great fit. Very comfortable. Good coverage & plenty ventilation. Spherical tech doesn’t have the usual MIPS plastic inside liner which can get a bit sweaty. The helmet is in 2 pieces and the outer shell moves. Impressive tech. If a bit pricey.POC Tectal – comically large. even when tightened, it felt & looked huge on my head.Kask Rex – helmet fit good, but Kask straps don’t work with my ears (had the same issue with the Protone). Straps were digging in under my earlobesFox Speedframe Pro – close second. Good fit. Plenty of vents. Cheapest of the 4. If it came down to saving some cash I’d have gone for this one.

Well vented, really comfy fit, decent coverage, great safety features
On the trail feels breezy. Even at slower speeds, you notice the air flowing in through the large port above the brow of the helmet and across the top of your head.Manifest padding manages to be thick enough to not just keep things comfortable, but also absorb enough sweat to prevent it dripping down into your eyes when you’re working hard.Might be a lot of cash but it’s one of the best vented trail helmets I’ve ever used

    Excellent MTB helmet
I have had many half shells and this is by far the most comfortable I have ever worn.

    Tight around the ears
The area around the ears is lower than most helmets, so it touches the tops of my ears. If you wear glasses, then there are more comfortable helmets for you.

    Impressive On All Counts
First, the MIPS engineering technology of this helmet is mind blowing and proven 5 star effective in UVT testing. So you have this great technology protecting your brain matter and as soon as you put it on you notice how great itfits. The magnetic chin clasp is cool and the straps are fully adjustable to get the fit right. I’ve seen easier to usestraps but not a big issue as once adjusted, they are stable. Love the padding insde the helmet to help contourto your specific head shape. Expensive, yes, but I don’t think many will feel this helmet is not worth it.

    Perfect for my head shape
Giro helmets fit me perfectly and the Manifest it’s great for safety, comfort, ventilation. Price is little steep, that’s the reason for 4 stars, but their always some discounted colors through the season.
