Huge hassle getting phone unlocked
Huge hassle getting phone unlocked. My new phone was locked through xfinity mobile. I couldn’t get it unlocked even with calling xfinity and amazon. The next step they recommended to me is to drive 6 hours to my closest xfinity store because there are none in my city. Overall a huge headache, and not worth it at all. Phone was in fine condition and I would have been happy with it otherwise. Im kinda mad, im on a trip and in the middle of nowhere, and I dont have a car or a phone and I don’t have a good place to order a new phone to or time to travel super far to get a phone

I’m the guy who never upgrades his phone until it’s basically unusable. Went from a Pixel 5 I had for years (bought as a refurb no less) to this Pixel 9. Initially, I had issues activating on AT&T. Got a message saying there was an unpaid balance on the device. I’m assuming that even though the phone was unlocked, it may have previously been on an AT&T plan. After some initial panic and frustration, I ended up just putting my existing SIM card into the new phone, completed the setup and then everything was good. It took about 24 hours for the AT&T portal to reflect that the new device was activated, but I was able to make and receive calls right after the SIM swap.I’m still going through all the new features, but it seems very responsive and the camera is impressive. I wish it was a little smaller, but it’s about the same size as most phones these days. The facial recognition unlock feature is a huge plus for me since I guess my fingerprints are defective. But even the fingerprint scan on this phone is 10x more reliable than my old Pixel 5. So far, so good!

The phone arrived earlier than predicted, in perfect condition (I ordered it in Excellent condition.) and in a Google Pixel 9 box with all the accessories. I followed the included instructions about the SIM and it works perfectly with no issues! I use Mint mobile and it took to it immediately. I definitely recommend the seller did a great job giving you the new phone opening experience even refurbished!

Phone came in and was in perfect shape. It was indeed carrier unlocked. Functioned with my T-Mobile sim. Unfortunately this seller does not have any phones with OEM unlocking available, which is different from a carrier unlock. Made the purchase moot, but the seller was a godsend and allowed me a return & refund.
