Absolutely amazing, would buy again and again.
After opening the box it can be a bit overwhelming, thereâs a lot of small pieces and I got a bit overwhelmed â but, if you go on YouTube and search âGovee neon lightsâ thereâs a 30 second video that really simplified the process for me! I am autistic and struggle with written instructions, so it was a great visual. I got the largest size and it wraps around my desk perfectly. These lights are incredibly bright and have tons of different color combinations / themes. You can also customize them individually and pick the colors youâd like to see. My favorite feature is definitely the music sync, it can seem a little too sensitive at first but there is a sound sensitivity slider in the app! I have the music box right behind my Echo, and it responds well.For the entire part of squiggles I didnât use any of the bending connectors. I used the shortest ones and just made sure to have them shaped in a way where curving would be natural for them. I didnât have a shape planned and just went for it. The heart bit at the end was a bit more complicated but I ended up using the straight clips for that part as well. Also, the screws would likely come in handy but I am in an apartment! The curved ones just kept falling off the wall and I believe it was because of the tension. These lights are definitely something youâll have to play with for a bit to get them exactly how you want them, but it is 100% worth it!Theyâre very durable and insanely nice in terms of quality. The best LEDâs you could find IMO (in my opinion). They connect to the Govee Home app as well as my Echo Show. 100% would recommend, just have some patience and trust the process!These are super bright, so Iâd recommend blackout curtains in front of your window to avoid giving everyone outside a light show as well, haha. Amazing lights!

We were working on our living room fireplace project and I wanted some form of recessed lighting behind the fireplace. Initially I wanted to go with led strip lighting installed with a diffuser. But these Neon LED lights turned out to be better option since you donât need diffuser for them. While these neon led light are slightly more expensive than strip lights the cost is actually lower if you factor in the cost of diffuser and effort it takes to install them right. Since diffuser isnât needed for them you just have to stick them using the anchors that come with it. The anchors also come with screws for extra stability. The installation is very easy as these are lightweight and easy to handle.The Govee app allows lots of personalization and customization options along with many pre created themes. It works with Google and Alexa. While it is Matter compatible I couldnât get it to work with my HomeKit. They are complementing my new fireplace really well. I will be using them for other projects in my home.

Great light
This light is a lot of fun and easy to play with! I think it will be great for hosting parties and turning it into shapes that fit the theme of the party. The light is bright and the colors are vibrant. The colors donât bleed together if you segment them. I have not stuck it on my wall yet so I do not know how well it adheres to the wall. It holds shapes well though and is easy to bend. Pairs easily with my phone and the app is straightforward and easy to use. Overall has a great performance and looking forward to buying the longer version in the future!
