So far, loving this monitor!
I’ve only had this monitor for about a week but I will modify my review if anything changes.I went back and forth on monitors for a while before ordering this. 2 years ago I tried the nanit (fancy $300 monitor that connects to your phone) very cool if you aren’t home and want to check in on things but I decided after a month not having a physical monitor was annoying (mostly for the grandparents)Since then I have just been doing cheepo amazon monitors. Honestly most of the cheepos have been great! Easy to set up, work well in my house, dont have to worry about wifi or radiation in the nursery.I lost my last monitor somewhere in the house and I had my eye on the HelloBaby. Not this version, but the very popular one on Amazon. I ended up getting this one because the monitor itself is huge (dont want to lose it again!) And looked like a nicer product overall.No regrets on purchasing this one- the cameras are easy to mount on the wall (include the mounting pieces, reviews on the other models said that mounting was a pain and nothing was included)Once its mounted and plugged in, your good to go.You can view the WHOLE room on this monitor. You can change the camera angle by using the monitor. Game changer.Great quality, great reception throughout the house. No cons so far.

Edited: I contacted customer service about the issues I was having. They responded quickly and were super helpful! After trouble shooting didnât solve the issues they Offered to send me a replacement product and kept in touch until the product was delivered! Best customer service I have ever dealt with!!Started out great but after about a month the camera and monitor wonât stay paired which makes an awful static noise on and off all night and I canât get my screen to stay asleep. The screen only shuts off when powered fully off

Love this!!
Itâs super easy to work all you have to do is turn it on and the buttons are pretty self explanatory. I like that you can adjust the camera to whatever angle you like. Itâs not super big and love that I can take it with me. It does say 30 hrs without charging so I just charge it when it almost dies. Itâs not super loud when you are talking into it unless you are next to the screen. But the camera picks up sound well!

I like it but I liked the other hello baby monitor better
I want to love this but honestly my other hellobaby monitor was better. The monitor itself broke so we ended up getting this one I liked it came with two cameras. But it loses signal often and the sound cuts out quite a bit I have to put the antenna up from across the house. The other hello baby monitor I was able to mow my grass on 3 acres no issue but this one constantly loses signal. I also know this is not a big deal but there is no clock on this monitor and that irritates me a bit I liked the old one where I was able to see the time while seeing my baby. But all and all I like it and will be keeping

Customer Service still matters!!
I needed this for our epileptic adult daughter. I wish it were a bit louder but it works great for me. I can see her and hear her. However, the biggest plus for me is the seller. Their customer service was outstanding. After the return date expired I had a strange thick line appear on the screen. It really hampered the picture. I contacted them and they sent me a new screen. I sent back the other and they reimbursed the shipping for me. And they were understanding. I still believe that customer service ranks #1 in buying and selling. His company scored for me and I am a very satisfied customer. Thank you!!

So, when I had my older kids, video monitors were not a thing.. now though, as I got older and technology got better, I think this system is the best, the video quality is great, sound too! It is easy to use and set up, the 6â screen is awesome and the night vision works great too! Overall I would recommend it to anyone having a baby!

Love this camera. Easy set up and no connection issues. Camera quality is good and has zoom features. You can also move the angle of the camera from the monitor also. You can talk thru the monitor too. Shows room temperature. I have a second owlet camera that I am trying to set up to the same monitor and it wonât connect to that one so besides that issues these have been great monitors
