Hiboy ebike great product
I have purchased hiboy ebike. Great quality and fun to ride. I want to buy another one. There was one small issue and contacted customer service. It was a pleasure to work with them. Great support!
1st, this bike came packed very well. There is no way it can come broken unless maybe the shipper runs over it.I will say the 1 thing to be careful of is when you hook up the headlight. The wires are very tiny. I somehow bent 1 of the 3 wires and trying to straighten it broke off. I called their support team. After sending a couple photos of the serial number and the broken wire this company shipped me the whole wiring system without blinking.The bike itself is very sturdy but small enough that my wife can use it.

Generally reliable rough rider
This ebike has given me very little trouble, just a faulty cable that the company was happy to send a replacement for, and the pedals losing paint (since they’re metal). In 500 miles, the tubes haven’t even lost a noticible amount of air. Generally it’s good if you want a smaller ebike that will feel great to ride. As well, the battery isn’t amazing, probably about 35 miles at full pedal assist, but that comes with the territory of being a fat tire ebike, and it’s worth it to deal with rough roads (so far bumps haven’t cause any damage at all to the bike).

The hole fam rented these exact bike on vacation and we rode the whole day and never lost a bar of battery. The one my father was on turned over on 2,700 miles when we parked them that afternoon. The factory seat is ok but not for long rides. It carries me great and I am 6 ft 270lbs and can still reach speeds of 21 to 23 mph. If I could give more then 5 stars I would these bikes are great and the replacement parts are easy to get brake pads, batteries, and motor if you ever need one. They come 85% complete all you have to do out of the box is put the front wheel on, handlebars, and the back rack air the tires up.

Great bike and great customer service
I bought this bike for my son for Christmas. He absolutely loves it but the bike rack on the back got bent during shipping. I called the company and spoke toMichael. He was so accommodating and said to bring it down to a shop not far from my house and they will fix it.. Not only did he fix it, but he made sure that the guys tightened up the brakes and made sure everything was functioning on the bike properly. Michael was so easy to deal with and told me to please feel free to reach out to him if I need anything at all. We love the bike, but they get five stars for Customer Service as well!

Brakes broke first month
Brakes went out first month and now i cannot get ahold of anyone for the warranty. Other than that its s good bike just broke quickly. If they could get me in touch with a warranty resolution that would be great

Ok the factory set up for the brakes and the 7 speed shimano derailleur was perfect great work by the assembly team I checked all the nuts and bolts like crank,rear wheel, front wheel,brake caliber front and back brake rotors all great. I also checked the bearing play on the bottom bracket and the wheels all set up perfect the regular bike set up is A1. The electric wiring is also done great everything nice and tight the battery mount is solid battery is easy to remove the display is a little small I would like bigger buttons for easier adjustment on the go but the display works good. The controller is mounted in a box under the crank where all the wires go there is a little room for improvement where the wire enter the box where the controller with all the electrical connection sits it would not take much to improve it to protect from the elements water and dirt. I added 2 splash guards for protection on the fenders and one guard in front of the controller box the guards works great to protect the box and the cables in the front small effort to protect the most important part on an e bike. So far I would buy the bike again it drives great handles good the brakes are ok speed is great going up hill is easy the throttle works perfect. I own many mountain bikes 3 wheel and cruise bikes I do all the repairs for my family on the bikes. This bike is a good buy.I hope they have parts for there bikes on the Canadian website so if I need a part I can get it this is very important for me and other people who look for an e bike. And I like to see a technical review for the bikes with more details on the electrical set up.Thanks Hiboy and all the workers on the assembly great work.

The bike is very nice, handles well on gravel. It has the fat tires which is good for all landscapes.Has enough power to go up hill, or for your peddling enjoyment, you can just peddle.My only complaint is the UPS shipping, I had to go all the way to the top to get my package delivered. UPS had to be the worse carrier service.

This is my first ebike and I’m impressed on the quality for the price. It comes 90% assembled and what you have to set up is very easy. I had my first ride yesterday and it’s a quick bike. I ride around town and some trails and it handles very well.I’m glad I went with the step thru because I’m 5’6 and a higher bike would be harder to get on and off.The customer service is great
