Fast & Fine
This may well be the best HP laptop ever! Fast with great graphic quality, wide 17″ touch screen and 2 TB hard drives. I was running Adobe Premiere, Illustrator, Photoshop, Microsoft Office, and 5 browser windows simultaneously with not even one slow down. Complaints? Absolutely none! I’m still amazed at this incredible piece of machinery!

I’m loving it!
I was a bit skeptical purchasing a computer off Amazon. I originally ordered a laptop directly from HP, but they kept delay my delivery date and after waiting 3 months I had enough. The laptop is awesome and so fast, the screen is large and allows for me to stagger open windows. Love the 10 key and how much space surrounds the keyboard. Definitely recommend. I also purchased the Asurion warranty so I don’t have to deal directly with HP about any issues.

FAST AND MORE
My last laptop had an I5 processor and 8 gb of ram. It was slow. Before that, I always went with a fast processor. This laptop has an I7 and 32 gb of ram. Wow! Great to be back to full speed again. The touchscreen also adds to the speed and function of this laptop. The only small downside for me is the silverkeyboard with thin stroke letters on the keys in black. The black letters could be bolder and easier to readand the backlit keyboard could be brighter. Overall I am very happy. The seller was also very responsiveto my questions.

Didn’t work out of the Box
Highly awaited laptop. HP has been a good brand for me in the Past. This 17.3in, 32gb, fast processor laptop was desperately needed. Got the laptop, sat down, opened it up, started it and got 3 screens in and the screen faded in/out – then a mosaic of colors – fading in/out. I shut it off, tried again same. 3rd or 4th try a screen came up (basic computer language) to troubleshoot. It did – result: failed – said it could not be fixed. Brand new, out of the Box. Now I must return it, pay for that, and pay for any ‘repackaging’, etc. So on a disabled social security income I am OUT a lot of funds for the privilege of Defective HP laptop. HP fault, not the seller. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPUTER

Great computer, faulty wifi
I am very happy with the processor, storage space, and monitor. I was disappointed that there was no ethernet port. I understand that direct ethernet is not a necessary feature on laptops, until you are having wifi problems. When I turned on the computer, the wifi would not stay connected. It would connect and for a short time and then lose the connection. Fortunately I have a desktop computer to help troubleshoot. After trying several methods to correct the problem I finally came across an article where other people were having trouble using the Intel WIFI 6 chip. There was a link to the Intel download site where I downloaded the latest driver. I had to use my desktop to download the file, then transfer it to the laptop with a thumb drive. Problem solved! The laptop now has stable internet. I would have given this 5 stars, but due to the WIFI problem I had to drop a star.

Lightening fast!
This is the fastest computer I’ve ever owned. Since my last computer was about ten years old, it was a slow dinosaur. This laptop has exceeded my expectations. I was a little concerned about moving from a 23″ all in one desktop to a 17″ laptop, but I’m finding that the display is crisp and clear and very easy to see. I’m very pleased with the purchase.
