Technical and Customer Support
The laptop worked fine and was easy to set up. However, it was not able to perform an automatic Windows 11 update. When I reached out for help, they responded quickly. While they were unable to provide a fix or solution, on return they provided a full refund plus an Amazon gift card for my inconvenience.

I am happy with the customer service experience and the rapidly response.

No touch screen. Works and looks great super fast
So far so good, operating flawlessly. What descriptions online should include are what this item does not have, which is a touch screen. No touch screen, very odd for such a high end laptop

Everything as advertised
Different from Windows 10, but easy to learn. Picture is much sharper and recording capabilities have been advances. Very easy to navigate.

Back to the Mac
I purchased this computer recently. I started having issues with it less than 7 days after purchasing. I sat on hold with HP multiple times for 1 hour plus each time. After multiple calls, they decided my âmotherboardâ was out. I have scheduled a tech to come out to my place 3 different times. EVERY time the tech calls the day of and says the part hasnât showed up yet, which means I have to go through the entire process to reschedule a tech to come out. My NEW computer has yet to be fixed or usable. Luckily, I have a spare Iâve been using or otherwise I am out of business. This is a necessity to my living. Needless to say, I absolutely will not buy another of this item, nor will I even consider buying another HP. I have had a Mac the previous 13 years, and will be going back that direction- regardless of the price. 13 years of the Mac and 0 issues. Quality matters. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

This is the fastest pc I have ever used. Fires up in less than 30 seconds, opens applications in seconds. I recommend
