The combination of 16GB RAM and dual storage offers good performance for multitasking. I have been using mine to do my college work and its been amazing… However, if you need a powerhouse for gaming or professional workloads, you might want to consider a higher-end model.(4/5) â Great for general use, but not for power users.

I love it! Has the screen size I wanted. Didn’t take long to figure out how to use Window 11. As a prior customer of HP, I’ve always been satisfied with their products. It didn’t surprise me to select anther HP laptop. This one is slim and light. Very easy to use and understand.

Wouldnât stay connected to Wi-Fi lost money.
I received this laptop and it would not hold a connection to the Wi-Fi for longer than about one minute. It was very frustrating. I tried it at multiple locations with different Wi-Fi services and it still continuously dropped my service. I contacted customer service multiple times to be sure that I would get 100% of my refund if I returned it and they assured me I would not be charged anything. I have a screenshot with proof of one of the conversations, however I was still charged 62.45 for the restocking fee even though Amazon customer service told me on two separate occasions I would not be charged a restocking fee. Anyways, my Apple products always work, so Iâm gonna buy an Apple laptop. HP cannot stay connected to Wi-Fi which makes it pretty much unusable.
