Perfect Gift for a Gaming Niece!
I bought this HP Victus 15.6″ Gaming Laptop as a Christmas gift for my niece, and itâs safe to say it was a huge hit. Since unwrapping it, she hasnât stopped playing Little Kitty Big City and Goat Simulator 3âso much so that I think the goats and cats might be running her life now!The laptop runs smoothly, even with those quirky games, and the screen looks great. 8GB of memory is plenty for her needs, and it handles gaming without any lag or hiccups. She loves it, and Iâm thrilled I picked something that brought her so much joy.If youâre looking for a solid, affordable gaming laptop for a casual gamer, this one definitely gets the job done. Gave blue screen of death after 3 months
I love the computer, until about 3 months after purchase I could barely use it thanks to the blue screen of death. Thankfully HP support is helping out. Though since itâs probably a rare flaw, so I would still recommend it.

Una gran computadora, se puede jugar prácticamente todo y para trabajar viene super bien, la recomiendo especialmente si trabajan con software demandante como Solidworks, Blender o algún motor de videojuegos, yo trabajo con Unity y todo super bien.

Por el precio, vale totalmente la pena (me costo 11200 pesos mxn (ya hasta más barata esta ahora) otras laptops salen a 15000 por casi lo mismo o sin tarjeta dedicada).512gb no es lo más increÃble, pero aguantara los suficiente antes de cambiarlo para más almacenamiento. Ahora a los puntos más importantes.Lo bueno:+Se puede actualizar en hardware, dos slots de ram, no soldadas, y la que está ocupada es de 8gb, dejando una libre.+ Ryzen 7000, tiene gráficos integrados, según Radeon 660m y una rtx 2050 como grafica dedicada.+ Teclado retroiluminado color blanco+ Un diseño bastante bonito, ni tan simple, ni muy exagerado+ Linux, instale Ubuntu por temas de drivers y funcionó, tanto la webcam, bocinas, Bluetooth y el WiFi (CASI, todo el hardware es compatible)+ El slot nvme no está soldado, puedes cambiarlo por uno de mayor capacidad.+ 144hz en la pantallaLo malo:- Si se calienta al usar en juegos pesados, preparen el discipador y estar en un cuarto con aire acondicionado- La pantalla se puede tambalear ligeramente hacia adelante y atrás cuando hay aires fuertes, como también cuando la mueves estando abierta, eso se notas si te fijas en ello en especÃfico- Linux, no funciona el micrófono (En Windows si funciona normal), eso lo descubrà recientemente.- Solo tiene un slot nvme, o sea, no se puede expandir sin quitar el original, tendrán que clonar el sistema o un respaldo.- No posee una tapa para la webcam, y parece que el espacio que tiene es muy angosto para una tapa de webcam convencional, tocara usar cinta

I play games like Warframe and Dead by Daylight on this with no issues, although these games are NOT resource intensive. Baldur’s gate 3 is runs pretty okay too, but lag/frame rate issues do begin in Act 3.
