No Problems from researching to delivery!!
It was packed nicely. It came on time, it was exactly as claimed, set up was fast! The only slow part was the amount of time to update all the software @ 1 hour. But compared to my Previous HP game computer this one was 2X faster, 4X more RAM, 2X larger SSD storage and & $60 less than what I paid for my 4-5 years ago older computer . I will now test it to see how well it holds up to real world usage and update my review if any problems come up in the next few weeks. No issues with anything from the seller to the FedEx delivery!

Great laptop
Love this laptop. Had to reinstall windows upon delivery due to the sound card not working but not a big deal. This thing runs all the games Iâve wanted to play. Very happy.

Performance is really fast, got it delivered in a very well packaged manner. Gaming so far has been very nice, playing COD MW2 has been a blast so far. For its comp and reqs, this is a very good gaming laptop at a good price!

Excellent budget laptop for everyday use and the occaisional gamer.
This is a great overall laptop.It’s not meant to replace a dedicated RTX 4080 custom PC, but it has been very reliable and handy.When you’re high-end gaming or using high usage CPU / GPU software, Do Not expect a 18hr battery run-time. That’s unreasonable to assume any current laptop to handle when in high performance mode.But for its size, functionality, and travel needs, this computer has been the perfect fit.

The only thing I have had problems with is it wonât let me use just normal windows 11. It wants me to get pro. But other than that it is fast and runs smoothly
