Only blender with one-touch OFF/ON/SPEED control… love it!
Finally had the opportunity to use this since purchasing. The price was excellent, considering the claim of stainless steel. I was pleasantly surprised to learn the blender’s body is also stainless steel.Let me tell you what I like about the blender: OFF/ON/SPEED button: This is what makes this blender better than all of the other brands and having ONE control is how all blenders should be designed. I did not find any other brand leveraging this common-sense design. Here’s how it works: The button is in a normally-OFF state. Pressing the button turns the motor ON and SPEED is adjusted by depressing the button through its range of motion. Frankly, the seller of this item is making a mistake by not amplifying this function. It’s all stainless steel, with 2 exceptions: some of the innards are plastic (but don’t come in contact with food) and so is the blade shroud (the very bottom of the blender. I specifically wanted a non-metal blade shroud so that I can immersion blend in a pan or stock pot. The plastic blade shroud will not scratch the surface of my pans. I also wanted a blender with the included attachments, whisk and stir/froth, as I find them to be very handy. I rarely need to use my dual-beater, conventional mixer, so this blender will get much more use. Overall, the blender did a great job pureeing fruits and mixing multiple ingredients where a conventional blender is overkill. Lastly, all components are quick and easy to clean.CONS: OFF/ON/SPEED button: While this is the best feature of this device, I wish it had a greater range from slow to fast. It would be nice if the low was lower and there were more graduations from low to high. It seemed to be more of a 5-speed control than actual infinitely variable, so I dropped on star. My only other issue is the distance gap between the blades and the bottom of your blending container. So basically, I am referring to the protective blade shroud at the very bottom of the blender. WHY? I noticed when blending fruit, there would always be a very small chunk left un-blended. The good news is the shroud is plastic, so I plan to trim off about 1/8 inch, which should resolve the issue, while still protecting my pans from scratches.Lastly, this brand of immersion blender came in two choices. One with only the addition of whisk and stir/froth attachments and one with the same plus a mini food processor attachment. I regret not getting the food processor attachment, which means I’m stuck with using the big ol’ blender for chopping and grinding.

The motor is incredibly powerfulâmuch stronger than other hand blenders Iâve ownedâand it blends even tough ingredients like frozen fruits, cooked vegetables, and nuts with ease. Perfect for making creamy soups, smooth purees, sauces, baby food, and protein shakes.One of my favorite features is the trigger speed control, which allows for more precise blending instead of fixed speeds. You can increase or decrease the power just by adjusting the pressure on the buttonâsuper intuitive and helpful when you’re trying not to splash!The set comes with three useful attachments: the blending stick, a whisk, and a milk frother. The whisk attachment has been great for making whipped cream and beating eggs quickly. The frother works surprisingly well for making foamy coffee or matcha. Switching between attachments is quick and easy, and they all lock in securely.Cleanup is simpleâjust detach the parts and rinse them under warm water. The stainless steel design also looks sleek and matches nicely with other appliances in my kitchen.Overall, this is an excellent value for the price. Whether you’re a casual cook or someone who enjoys spending time in the kitchen, this hand blender is a solid investment
