Quality Hitch
This is a very good, quality hitch. I have read many of the review complaints. Here are the facts:The instructions are not bad although you may find YouTube videos helpful. If you follow the instructions (in order) and set up the hitch properly, you will find that the hitch is absolutely solid and secure. My bikes are held very securely by this hitch. The hitch is not held on by the safety pin. The safety pin is only for backup. The hitch is held on by an expanding wedge that is expanded or contracted by turning the knob where the lock is. Yes, the knob will come off, but it is designed to do that so that you can attach the anti-theft cable under it. Mounting and removing the bike is not difficult. One hand to steady the bike and the other hand to push the holding arm onto the tire. To release: press the button while sliding the button housing away from the tire. Very easy.I only have two issues:First – This is a fairly heavy hitch. It weighs almost twice what my old hitch weighed. Granted, it has to be heavier to accommodate e-bikes. However, I only use it for a road bike and a mountain bike so itâs overkill.Second – I have two vehicles that I use the hitch on and they have different size receivers. One is 1.25 inch and one is 2 inch. It will take 5 minutes to switch from one car to the other. It requires removal (or addition) of two screws and adjustment of another screw for the sliding plate. Not a big deal but kind of a pain if you switch them often.Lubrication of the threaded wedge rod, due to rain or snow, over time, will likely be the only maintenance needed. In closing, I would buy again.

Great design, easy to use with bike
Live this design. Loading and unloading a mountain bike is very easy. Only complaint is that locking a bike is not that easy / quick. We have resorted to using a chain lock directly to the wheel holder instead of the included cable lock. This is more secure than the cable, and faster to install. Also, changing the angle of the rack, to access our rear hatch area, is really easy. Even when a bike is loaded on the rack, it is easy to drop it out of the way and to move it back to the upright position.Overall a great design with great quality. Plus free Prime shipping could not be beat for something this big.

This is super high quality manufacturing a nice heavy duty rack with one problematic issue
I bike every day have for the last 17 years, so I have a lot of experience with bikes and bike racks. Here is the issue:For my 1.25â hitch there is one pin that holds the entire assembly on and this pin does not go all the way through and lock on the outside of the receiver. Thereâs a Thereâs another expanding part that really does sense to buy kids uptight into your Hitch. Thereâs really no wiggle at all. Iâm sure theyâll tell me that the pain is really not the loadbearing part and that everything is OK but I just canât accept it not passing all the way through the receiver on my car. Iâm a visual girl, I need to look at something when I do a walk around and verify that itâs intact. Everything else is spot on, really over the top about this rack, except for the pin assembly.I thought about modifying it myself to where I felt secure using it, but then I realized that I was paying top dollar for a very well engineered piece of equipment, except for the way it attaches. I just cannot put my E bike on this hitch and drive down the road⦠Itâs very stable. It locks in the place where it doesnât wiggle around, but having the pin design that is supplied with it just isnât acceptable for me. I had to return it.I would not have peace of mind for the people in cars behind me and my equipment. Too much of an investment to have one pin cocked inside the receiver be my only guarantee that it wasnât going to fall off.I do hope INNO Addresses this fault as this is the best quality and designed bike rack I have ever seen and the easiest one to use and load. (with the best combinations of loading with a ramp which you can hack from the other INNO models that have a ramp, you can just buy the ramp out right and with one slight modification it can be used on the 110.)Itâs rated for E bikes, arms work brilliantly, everything folds on your car when itâs not in use and you can still open your hatch back. The finish and materials it is constructed from our over the top quality. Something you would expect from Japanese engineering and manufacturing oversight.Hopefully, INNO Will update this rack soon!Come on INNO Fix this otherwise perfect bike rack so we can buy it and use it!!!

Worth the money
Great product, easy to use. My Ebike fits on it well and secure. I get frequent questions from random people about where I got it.

Hitch pin is junk
My 142 is absolutely great but the hitch pin on this single bike carrier is garbage. Everyone cutting corners all the time. This pin doesn’t have a cotter pin to make sure it doesnt back out. I’m not putting my expensive bike on this rack only to see it bounce down the road when this spring twist pin junk falls out. Disappointing.

Plasticky blob that does the job and not as ugly as others
There are better designed and engineered racks out there, namely 1-up and kuat. The inno at least does not look like a pile of broken scaffolding clinging to the back of your car.Price: For $380 I still think it is overpriced, but it was the only option with 2-day shipping a I needed it for a trip.Design: proven tire holds look sleeker than other designs. But its pieced together from sheet metal and bulbous plasticky pieces that looks cheap and ugly. Overall a big wide rack that will exceed the width of a standard compact car. I imagine it will fit your downhill mtb sled. A svelte road bike would look like itâs sitting in a big plastic prison. But again, not nearly as ugly as most bike racks out there.Construction: inferior to a proper rack like the 1-up. Assembly and installation is not hard, judging from the reviews people are not tightening the wedge handle which doubles as a locking cable holder. Itâs a poor design that feels flimsy. The locking pin is both overcomplicated and too simple at the same time; a plasticky nub with a spring and thin cable that can be twisted around and youâre not sure what the heck itâs doing.Things to note: Looks like it was designed for passenger cars. 1.25â receiver juts out around a foot from the rear bumper.

I was looking for a single bike rack by a popular name brand. It was sold out and I found this. I cannot say enough good about this. I love that it is half the price of the one I was initially looking at. This feels and is a well put together rack. When it is locked in, it is locked in solid, unlike cheap brands that bounce around and look flimsy. Comes with a convenient cable that neatly secures your bike to the rack. The cable is rubber coated. It so easily and conveniently attaches/detaches. Its light in construction but feels very sturdy with bike in and locked in position. I can’t say enough good about this. Don’t buy the **** Brand, buy this and I’ll wait here for you to thank me later.
