Good quality/Bad reliability
The camera has an awesome picture and gyro. But unless youâre prepared to spend good money on batteries I wouldnât waste the money. The camera will shut off if you try to use it while charging, full battery charge lasts maybe an hour. The camera overheats quite a bit. Way too expensive for the quality. My GoPro hero 4 is a good comparison to this camera.

Very Disappointed – Failed Underwater Performance
I purchased the Insta360 Ace Pro for my vacation, specifically for underwater use, as it is advertised to handle depths of up to 33 feet. Unfortunately, the camera failed to deliver. During a dive at less than 33 feet, the camera stopped working completely, displaying a memory reading error, and now it wonât even turn on.I am extremely disappointed with the performance, as the camera should have handled the depth easily. This failure has not only ruined a big part of my vacation but has also made me question the reliability of this product. I expected much better for the price and from a brand like Insta360.I would not recommend this camera if you’re planning to use it underwater.

NO SD card included? Forced wifi settings…failure out of the box
Seriously? $450 and you can’t include some storage? Also insta360’s seeming refusal among their products to allow wifi connections to personal wifi networks is ridiculous. There is no reason for this (source, I’m a network engineer and devops product owner) and it is a massive pain at times when it breaks my devices normal connections.
