Bought it on July 29 2025, an E-11 code showed up and Iâve been trying to contact to iscooter support and so far I havenât received any help ! DO NOT BUY THIS BRAND! ONLY 1 MONTH OLD AND IS GIVING ME TROUBLE ALREADY! .Company says they guarantee 12 months guaranty but itâs just a hook they throw out to get you! Planning to report this company as well!

It’s a pretty reliable scooter I use it everyday to commute back n forth to work about 15miles to and from after about a month a i got a flat front tire replaced it with a solid tire about a month or so after that got a flat rear tire got another solid tire and now have come into an issue with fitting the tire back onto the frame with the 2 spacers it came with…but overall I’ve ridden it in heavy rain pretty much all weather conditions that can be thrown at me and it still going strong love the scooter !!!

I ordered this back in May, the ad was advertised as being able to last 19 miles, but after owning it for a couple months I can barely make it 4-5 miles without needing to recharge, it gets me to work and back everyday so it fine, but if you are looking to go a distance then this is not the scooter to buy
