I am having a ball on my first E-Scooter!
This product filled a great need for me. I have been looking for easy transport for times when the family is out of town. This more than meets my needs. Easily assembled and charged. The suspension makes the ride smooth and the three speed modes make it easy for a first time scooter owner to safely travel out small town roads. Plenty of speed, a very good range, and a good price made this buy a no-brainer for me. Love the front and rear lights and didn’t expect turn signals so that was a pleasant surprises. Solidly built, it is still light enough for me to lift up the one flight of stairs to my home. Great buy?

Easy to assemble, this is the right one
Easy to assemble, and remember to hold down the “M” button to turn it on, it dose do the 28 mph on the high setting, the tires sound off like a set of mud tires on a 4 wheel drive truck, which is not a bad thing to let people and animals know your coming through. The seat is comfortable and the front fork shock absorbers are a big help with the smooth ride. I will be installing a set of foot pegs on the outside edge of the foot bed for a little more comfort, If you have size 12 shoes like me it will make sense. The head light is LED and is by my guess close to 600 lumens. Very good on the lighting scale, I do also like the duel disk brakes and it has decent stopping power, I did install a handle bar drink holder, and probably will also have some sort of phone holder real soon. The tires that come with this scooter could be a little better quality, but they will for now, I will be looking for a street tire that may give a little more speed and not so noisy of a ride, I did ride through some pretty tall grass in the front yard and it plowed right through it, so I looked at several of these things before making my choice and for the price point and features that it has, this was the right one. Some of these scooters have a lot of wattage, and they will run 60 miles an hour, but if you ride one of these, you really don’t want to go 60 miles an hour, because if you come off accidentally, it’s gonna hurt.

The scooter says it can handle 264lbs but Iâm 300lbs and it handles my weight with ease!
I purchased the iScooter F3 Electric Scooter with Seat. This scooter is incredible. I didnât realize everything I got with this scooter! Drum brakes are excellent! All the wiring is wrapped, routed and tied down perfectly. The controller is easy to use and I use a three speed ranges. I weight 300lbs and this scooter can take off and climb modest hills with ease!!!! I purchased the Cloud 9 seat for comfort and because of my size. It was the perfect addition to use this scooter for fun, or commuting to work. I cannot speak for the other models but the F3 is worth every penny!

Do not purchase unless you are absolutely sure you’re planning on keeping it!
I purchased this iScooter and when it arrived the seat was stuck. I had to really work hard to get it to adjust. After my son looked it over he told me that I had purchased the wrong one anyway. So I decided to send it back. I boxed it back up and prepared to ship it. Amazon is usually amazing with returns being easy. But not this time. The instructions for this return were different. It said to contact iScooter support via email first and then it said to ship it back prior to 48 hours or the refund would be voided. So I waited a day for a response from support which was 24 hours. The clock was ticking so I didn’t want to “forfeit” my refund as stated if I didn’t get the return label and the product shipped within 48 hours. I went to UPS and paid $160 dollars to ship it back. I then emailed a copy of my receipt to the iScooter help desk explaining my request. “Please reimburse my shipping cost, considering that your instructions say ship within 48 hours or the refund would be forfeited”. A day or so later I received their response “Since you didn’t wait for support to send you a prepaid label we can’t refund your shipping “. So if you wait past 48 hours you forfeit your refund, and if you ship it back within 48 hours so simply have to pay the $160 shipping. So it’s impossible to get a “refund” here without dropping nearly $200 extra. It’s called a fancy way of wordsmithing a refund to make you pay a hefty shipping fee without bluntly stating, you have to pay for your own shipping if you want to return it. Not a good business model at all. I won’t be purchasing from iScooter again!
