Awesome scooter and amazing customer service
I love this little scooter. I can’t walk to the corner store anymore because of a back injury, and I hate asking people for rides or having to take Uber anytime I need a couple things. Now that I have the scooter, I can get anywhere within a few miles in around 10 minutes. A couple months ago it died on me while I was headed to the grocery store, and then did it again on my way back from the store a few days later. Luckily I had run into someone that was able to give me a ride back home with the scooter in their car.I emailed Jaison customer service to see what could be done. After a little over a week of emailing back and forth where they told me things to check (with pictures showing me exactly what to check), and me sending them pictures after to make sure I was understanding correctly, they mailed out the replacement brake handle with the replacement wire/cord already connected. I received an email the same day that the part arrived with a video showing step by step instructions to properly remove the old part, and put the new one on.From the moment I reached out for assistance, Reanna was beyond helpful and patient with me. She responded within a day to each email and made sure we had the reason for the problem figured out before sending me anything. This was by far the best experience I have ever had with any customer service agent, in any company, in my life. I have been recommending this product and company to anyone I know that may be interested in one of these scooters, and I am certain I will be making any future electric bike/scooter purchases with them.

Best customer service I’ve had in a long time
Scooter was good enough for 5 stars, and then my son crashed and broke a piece. Roxanna in customer service took such good care of me and sent me a part right out and a video showing how to replace the part in case I needed it- only after having verified my son was ok

My Jasion scooter
The scooter was so easy to put together. Iâm a female & over 60+, I am totally challenged when Iâm supposed to do something mechanical when Iâm alone. Tools in my hands usually donât work the way they shoulda. lolMy negative issues I had was not with product or suppliers.The delivery service they used was never on same page with me. It took 3 days of calling Fedx then Amazon then Amazon calls Fedx! I finally received after 3 days of chasing this company to do theyâre job correctly.I enjoy the scooter traveling around the city doing errands, shopping etc! Plus so less expensive when majority of my tasks are locally really no need for a car full time.

If anyone from Jasion reads these; a legitimate 25 mph and 50 miles of range for 100 dollars more? Is it possible?Anyways for what it is it is a fun little machine and I stand by my initial review!*******************I am reviewing the Jasion Electric Scooter with Seat.I purchased the scooter myself and I am receiving no consideration for this review.I purchased this unit because it was the cheapest one I could find on Amazon. There are numerous examples of this type of scooter to be found. Most are around 300 bucks but then the shipping can be quite expensive. This unit was around 320.00 total with a coupon. After an initial long ride and a full charge, I began to keep track of performance. For the record I am 5’10” and 220 pounds. I took 3 rides till the battery was drained. one of 6.2 miles, one of 3.4 miles and one of 5.2 miles, for a total of 14.8 miles.Top speed for all the rides was 17 mph and I averaged a bit under 10 mph. I have no way of knowing it the 650 max watt motor spec is accurate.Based on my size I think the speed was good, milage was a little disappointing but I will test it again at a later date.The quality of the unit is very good, brakes are good throttle response is good. There is no speedo and no user selectable modes as in other more expensive units. Seat is very firm, and I felt it was uncomfortable and have purchased a gel seat cover. All in all, I would purchase this scooter again.

Perfect
Iâve now got 2 of these. They are great. We use them while camping to get around. The farthest distance we have gone on one charge is about 7 miles. They hold their charge very well. I can get 20MPH on flat ground. Does great on average inclines but Struggles on steep hills which is to be expected. I also have a friend that bought one after using one of mine. Definite 5 star item. They fold small enough to fit them both in my truck bed along with my coolers. Great value.

Donât Waste Your Money
Bought a scooter from this company and it was defective right out the box. They gave me a replacement, but guess what? That one was defective too. Rear tire messed up, and itâs supposed to support up to 300 pounds like they advertised. Clearly false advertising.Tried to return it for a refund, but they hit me with some weak âone exchange onlyâ policyâeven though the first one was broken. So now Iâm stuck with a busted scooter and no real help. They offered $50 like that would fix anything.Customer service is all talk and no solution. If youâre thinking about buying from them, donât. This scooter works perfect and has a great battery life. Itâs very stable and comfortable to ride. I bought this to take to campgrounds to get around and itâs worked wonderfully so far. Iâm impressed by the headlights and taillights and how quick it can get up to speed. Definitely a great buy for the price! âï¸âï¸âï¸âï¸âï¸
