Can’t find Bluetooth after boot the controller?
Please check if the controller is connected to the Bluetooth of other devices, please remove the connection of the other device and try again.
Would not turn on?
Recharge the gamepad before you use it at the first time or use it again after a long period.
Doesn’t work for cod?
For Android players, Remove old Bluetooth controller connection from phone before repairing, then restart your Android and reconnect the controller.
Power light is on but nothing happens?
Poke the reset key with a small pin, indicator light will turn off after reset, then boot the controller with the correct boot mode.

Would not sync
I open the box. It would not sync up following the instructions had to use the cord and then all of a sudden just stopped working. Power light is on sink light is on but nothing happens. I recommend you do not buy this product.

Brakes pre-maturely.
It’s great for the first month, then it just breaks for no noticable reason! Ok mine, I had for about a month, and in that month it was great, it did everything I wanted it to do. Then one of the R2 button broke off and got stuck inside the controller for no noticable reason. I had to take the thing apart she retrieve the piece. Great for the first month.

Think before you buy
Joystick on the left didn’t work at all and it was very hard to bluetooth. Directions were so hard to understand- not in English was the second reason they were hard. Ã didn’t send back because it would be more of a pain then to just take the loss.

The plastic holder didn’t hold up my phone at all was trying to use it to play Genshin while traveling maybe mine was defective but it was trash kept coming off controller itself isn’t bad but the mechanism isn’t sturdy

Why does my controller stop periodically during games and have me run into the wall or into bullet spray from some other player? Im actually asking someone from Amazon to answer this question because Iâm 9-10ths away from calling a lawyer. Third controller 4th issue. Like what is going on over there? Do yâall need extra help? I would be willing to put my life I could market and run this company better then the way yâall did me. If you are messing with my CoD account legal action will take place soon. Thanks again.
