Is JrTrack a real phone with cell service?
The COSMO JrTrack 4 is a stand-alone phone with its own pre-installed SIM card and phone number, so your kids don’t need to have a separate phone. It’s a great way for parents and kids to stay connected!
How do I set up cellular service and what’s the cost?
COSMO Mobile plans are purchased once you receive your JrTrack watch. You’ll need JrTrack in-hand to activate a plan, which activates the watch’s SIM card. Prepaid plans start as low as $9.99 monthly equivalent, or monthly plans for $17.99/mo.
Is JrTrack 4 waterproof?
JrTrack 4 provides IP68 water resistance for up to 1 meter. We still strongly recommend avoiding full submersion for best performance!
Does JrTrack have social media, games, or internet?
JrTrack has no internet or social media. However parents can select from a growing library of kid safe music apps and games. These are fully parent-administered and can be added or removed at any time, along with setting daily time limits.
Can JrTrack 4 call 911?
Yes! JrTrack has the ability to call 911. However, you can turn this safety feature on / off.

I Love This! Already convinced 3 friends to get it for their kids.
This watch is amazing! My son is 10 years old, and in the 4th grade. We live in a good neighborhood, but it is close to a busy main road but set back a little bit, and we are near a fairly popular baseball field that gets a little bit of traffic on weekdays, but more on weekends. So there are cars going by fairly often, but not crazy.My son loves to play outside with his friends in the neighborhood and ride bikes, play soccer, run around and go to the park down the street with them. They also go from friend house to friend house too.And I love that he is active and always wants to be outside playing, but I hate that I don’t always know where he is or what he is doing.My son is too young for a cell phone, even though he has asked, but he doesn’t need one, he is 10! Besides I know he would either lose it or break it.I also wanted the peace of mind to know where he is, when they are all outside running around and playing.So I looked up smart watches for kids and this one came up as the best one for elementary school/younger kids and middle school.It is basic, which I wanted, he doesn’t need it to be a toy, I just wanted a GPS, a texting app and something to make quick check in calls with. And it needs to be easy for him and it needs to work… And this is Perfect!I just open the app on my phone and refresh location and I will know exactly where he is, you can also live track him if he is walking home from a friend’s house, or school.I can text him to tell him to come in for dinner, or he can call me when he is on the way home or if he needs anything! It makes him feel safe and it makes me feel so much better about him being out with his friends and running around the neighborhood!It does have a few basic apps but there isn’t much too it. You can control the settings from the app on your cell, and add in approved phone numbers, check his texts and do all the GPS functions.It also has “school mode” for when he is at school so he can’t mess with it and get distracted.The only slightly negative thing I can say, is that it does take a while for it to charge all the way, and the charger is a magnetic thing that sticks to the back of the watch rather than a basic USB-C charger, so it can shift off easily and stop charging, but it’s fine because I figured out where to put it so it doesnt get touched. I do wish the battery lasted a little bit longer, but it does last a day or 2 depending on use. So as long as I charge it, it’s fine.The monthly plan is like $12 or $14 a month which is great (I just paid for the year up front) and it is through their own service provider which I haven’t had any problems with reception with so far. There are instructions on how to set it all up in the box, and it was so easy to do.All in all I am so so happy that I bought this, it calms my anxiety when he is out and just gives me so much peace of mind, and he likes it because he can go further than he could before and stay out longer because he doesn’t have to keep checking in.I definitely recommend getting this for your kids too. It’s the best thing I bought all year!

Great first device for my 10 year olds!
Why did you pick this product vs others?:My girls LOVE the watch so much. They can check the weather, read kid friendly news, track their steps, take silly selfies, and have some independence with texts and calls. As a parent, I have the ability to track their location and control who they can communicate with. In the Colorado mountains there were a couple places they had reception where I didnât with my adult phone, which came in very helpful to call their dad. I have recommended this watch to so many friends. Any issues that arise, the customer service at COSMO is excellent!!!Â

Good affordable option with strong customer service
I bought this watch for both of my kids (ages 9 and 11) six months ago after having a terrible experience with a previous watch from T-Mobile. My kids love it! The battery is strong and lasts all day; it’s reliable and of good quality. The app is great for parents, making it easy to track my kids’ locations. They also enjoy the weekly newsletter (through the phone) that Cosmo releases on Sundays, which was a pleasant surprise.When we first purchased the watch, we encountered an issue with proper syncing, which was somewhat frustrating (the reason for my four-star rating instead of five). However, Cosmo’s customer service was excellent. I even received an email response from their marketing director, which was a nice touch.Lastly, my 11-year-old lost his watch, and they replaced it for free under the insurance. Overall, it’s a good and affordable choice!

Big Win
Great for 9 year old. Perfect way to keep in touch with our active kids. They love that it takes photos/videos, has an alarm/timer, tracks steps and we love that itâs just the basics (no social media etc.). Big parent pro that all contacts need to be parent approved before they can be added, and it has a school mode. App lets us easily keep track of our kiddos location. Battery lasts the day but needs to be charged every night. Not too big or bulky and you can order different color straps. Nice quality, kids donât have any problem using it. We also purchased the warranty plan through Cosmo for extra peace of mind in case of loss or damage (because they are kids after all). Big win all around.

Great for kids!
I originally had the Tmobile syncup watch and returned it after less than a week bc the microphone wouldn’t work. After a lot of research, it was between cosmo and the ticktalk. I went with Cosmo because of the interchangeable straps and I have not been disappointed. The app is easy to use, the watch works perfectly and I can call or text my 9 year old without any issues. You can load retyped quick responses for them and they have an actual phone number. It does sometimes tell me 10 min after he’s left the safe zone but I understand it only loads location every 15 minutes. No issues with service or reception at all and we do not live in a major city. My son loves wearing it and I was happy that it came with two types of watch bands. Great for if you need to communicate with your child but they’re not ready for or responsible enough for a phone.
