Piece of junk
First of all, this laptop arrives wit h no Windows activation. You need to purchase that yourself.. Next up, the charger. I watch a Twitch stream plugged in and the laptop shuts off in about 3 hours. The charger can’t even handle watching a video while charging it. What a joke!

So many issues. Disappointing.
One of the speakers will randomly go in and out of sound. It doesn’t charge consistently. Right out of the box there were issues with the clicker part – one side always got stuck, and would freeze the screen. We got it on sale, and I think honestly it is a cheap product that they know has a bunch of flaws, so they were trying to offload it on people. I didn’t have time to set it up for a month after ordering, so I was already past the return window when I really got to try out the laptop, otherwise I would have tried to return. Really the only thing and it’s favor is that it is quite lightweight.

Nice equipment, but it was advertised as Windows 11 included. Nope. NO Windows. Worthless without it. Can’t even start it up without Windows. Can’t use it for anything but a table leg adjuster. I could probably go and buy Windows 11 at almost the cost of the original purchase price, but I shouldn’t have to. One big lie. VERY disappointing

Had the laptop for less than 2 days and unable to setup the laptop. No product key for the Windows 11 installed, the user manual is useless, and no product support listed anywhere. If it wasn’t for Assurion and Amazon support, I may have been stuck with a $250 paperweight. Don’t bother getting this laptop, it’s not worth the hassle.

This is fraud. I am not supposed to buy at $139.99 a Windows 11 license product key.
The manufacture is selling computers without a correct Windows 11 product key as I bought this supposedly installed at time of purchase. I am waiting for this fix. I have called a lot. This is a scam!

No windows license
Nice light laptop but did not come with a license for windows! I attempted to contact the manufacturer directly and through Amazon but did not get a response. I returned the laptop and purchased another brand.

Don’t buy doesn’t work at all.
Honestly, I couldn’t even set up windows. It just froze. I did a hard reset and tried again, and the same thing happened.
