You can clamp it to your desk for easy access to your headphones and other things you need while at your desk. It also has special holes on the back so it can be mounted to the wall. You can move the hooks and holders around to suit your needs. I didn’t even have all the accessories on. There’s also a phone holder and wire/cord holders.
